Under the expectant gaze of the two, Camilla briefly explained the situation.

Kylie's expression turned ugly at Camilla's recounting. "That damn Tanya! Why can't she just behave herself?"

Camilla sighed. "She claimed to have been poisoned after eating the tiramisu from our dessert shop. She's in the emergency room now. But I suspect she's lying to us. I bet she's out for my blood."

Kylie sneered. "She won't have her way!"

She was just about to discuss with Simon how to deal with Tanya when she noticed the man had disappeared. "Where is he?"

Kylie looked puzzled. Camilla shook her head. "I don't know. I didn't notice him leaving."

Meanwhile, Simon stood at the corner of the corridor with his phone in hand. He had a dark look on his face as he issued commands to his men. After a while, he hung up and returned to Camilla's side.

Camilla immediately asked, "Where did you go?"
