The longer I stared at the lines, the more my blood froze.

The words began to look vague in my eyes, I couldn’t read or interpret the meaning of the words anymore. It felt like I was in one of those horrifying dreams; the reality suddenly felt like a lucid dream.

“Am I dreaming?” I gasped out before I could stop myself.

“It is not a dream, ma’am Rosy, you’re completely awake,” Theresa fired me with disappointment.

“Ma’am, will you need a cup of coffee?” Casper’s annoying voice made me snap my angry eyes at him.

“Coffee? You want me to drink coffee in this situation?” I growled, banging my fist on the desk.

“Summon the board of directors immediately, we need to get to the root of this before our stock prices crash,” I ordered Casper to get him out of sight.
