Chapter Fifty Seven

George and Harrison watched their friend pace to and fro in the waiting room, looking very anxious. They'd rushed Saira to the hospital after they found her unconscious in her room in the girls hostel and now they were waiting for news about her and it was like they'd been waiting forever.

"Dude, you're making us dizzy." George said. "Aren't you feeling dizzy from all that pacing you've been doing for the past one hour?"

Ethan stopped pacing. "I didn't ask you to watch me, so don't." He snapped.

"Sorry." George apologized.

Finally, the doctor walked into the waiting room and from the expression on his face, it seemed that there was no good news.

"Doctor, how's my wife?" Ethan asked him.

"Well, Mr Delnoi... Your wife is okay, but..." He paused.

"But..." He probed.

"We were able to flush it out of her system, but the damage had already been done." The doctor said. "Your wife was two weeks pregnant, Mr Delnoi."
