Gaia POV.

“I have known Jonah since I was a pup. Your king, Dragus, is my uncle. The battle we just fought against Morgana, Jonah was there with other dragons.” I say to her as I look at my mates from the corner of my eye and they breathe a breath of relief. Well, Calista doesn’t, because he knows Jonah too.

Oh, sweet mother of mercy. They thought I was going to say I’ve slept with him! So much for trust.

“Ohhhh, wait. King Dragus is your uncle? You’re not a dragon.” I smile at Nancy as I nod my head. I go to speak when Calista does it for me.

“Dragus is mated to Xena who is family to us through Gaia’s father. That is how Gaia knows your king and queen.” I wink at him with a small smile as I look at the other three and they look ashamed. So they should.

“Oh, who is your father?” she asks curiously as she looks at me closely.

“Fenrir is my father.” I tell her and the noise stops and I feel like I’ve said something wrong.

“As in the God Fenrir? The twin of the Moon Goddess?” she asks in
