Prologue

It is the year 3019. Let me give you a brief summary about how life is in this era. All the fossil fuels of Earth got depleted in the year 2100. Since then the human race has been largely dependant on solar, wind and hydro energies. 

A recent invention in the year 2700 led to the discovery of the machine 'Electro Master'. It's discovery made possible for the humans to tap the energy available from the thunderstorms. Electro Master basically attracts and stores the energy from the thunder when the monsoons visit the cities of the country and then converts it into the desired power of electrical energy for usage. 

Now you may ask a question 'What about the draught prone regions of a country?' Well then I will say that the energy stored by just one city of a country with the highest rainfall per annum is more than enough to satisfy the needs of the whole country for a whole year. This invention reduced the dependence of humans on the solar energy. The technology in this time is so advanced that you will not be able to imagine it even in your wildest dreams. 

The airports do not exist anymore. Instead there are spaceports. People travel from one planet to another planet, one galaxy to another galaxy for vacation, marriage ceremonies, birthdays etc. Each spaceport has upto 300 rockets and space shuttles. All the cars are now aircars.  People do not need aeroplanes and trains anymore. They are just kept as models in the museum to help the upcoming generations to see these 'vintage' machines. 

Each child of this age has his/her personal robot drones trained with their personalized needs. These robots are very small in size approximately the size of our fist and they run with their own intelligence and are programmed specially for that particular child to whom it belongs. It stays with them till the age of 18 and after that they are upgraded into a full a humanoid robot which can help in househokd chores and assist humans. They have an immensely powerful memory and remember each and every detail of each and every day. 

Scientists are currently working on the time machine and the teleporting machine. The teleporting machine has made huge progress but it can cause DNA damage upon travel as it will use wormholes for transportation. It will not be available for commercial use but for scientists and astronauts in space research organizations. It will help them to reach much more farther away galaxies billions of light years away in an instant as till now the humanity can reach only nearby galaxies as it takes more a human's lifetime to reach some of those far away galaxies. It will be powered by an extremely costly fuel which is made up of a blue crystal found in the planet Titan. Till now humanity has not found any intelligent life in outer space. Everybody has the same question in the back of their minds, that do extraterrestrials exist?

Now here is where the string of question arises. If life exists somewhere else in faraway space too then are the extraterrestrials more advanced in technology than the human beings or at par with them. They can also have very limited technology but the chances are more that they might have better technologies the farther away they are from humans in terms of light years. Will they be friendly or will they be vicious and would rather choose to be foes. Will they also be searching for life outside their planet, or they already will have the knowledge of our existence or the knowledge of some other extraterrestrials in some other planet. Will they try to start an intergalactic war?
