It is around midnight when, with the help of Hector and Mark, I finish healing those that have been wounded. Those that are well help with removing the bodies of fallen pack members and preparing them for burial, while those of the enemies are being taken deep in the woods. Females and teens rummage through the remains of the houses, gathering all the useful items they can find. A few of the houses are still standing, but until they are checked, no one is going inside.

The house belonging to Caleb and I got partially destroyed in the fight. I don’t have the courage to enter and see the damage done to it. Instead, I kept myself busy with healing anyone that is greatly injured. And when Caleb returns, we will rebuild it together.

Kassandra, Conrad—who was brought to Hector just in time—and their baby girl—whom they named Irina—are doing more than well and are now resting in a room inside the Main House. Their house was entirely destroyed, together with all of their belongings.
