Kaia left the bathroom with a forced smile on her face and blended back into the crowd. There was no sign of Beau in the crowd but it was a good thing because with the anger issues she had as well, it would not end well for either of them. For the first time in her life she felt like hitting him, punching him in that beautiful face if need be. He had been very disrespectful to her, making her feel like the lowest scum of the earth. She was his wife for God’s sake, he should not be treating her like a freaking hooker or a one-night stand.
