Chapter 4

Today was a holiday, Mona was a little dizzy and hot. She only washed her face and brushed her teeth, looking into the fridge to find no ingredients for cooking. Stepping hesitantly towards Arka's room, just about to knock the door was already open.

"What are you doing," Arka asked coldly.

"T-that's it, the ingredients are gone," Mona joked nervously and sneezed.

"Are you sick?" asked Arka still coldly.

Mona shook her head quickly. "No brother-in-law, Mona is not sick," Mona said in a shaky voice.

"You don't have any ingredients for breakfast?" Arka asked Mona again, shaking her head.

"Alright, let's go shopping," Arka continued, going back into the room to get the car keys.

Arka drove the car at an average speed, her stomach already churning to fill up. Finally, she stopped by a chicken porridge vendor to eat. Mona's eyebrows furrowed when Arka didn't go to the convenience store but she was afraid to ask.

"Get off! Let's eat porridge first," Arka exclaimed and stepped away from Mona, the girl immediately got down because she was hungry too.

"Two porridge," Arka asked with a nod from the waitress.

The waiter served the porridge to the table as soon as it was ready. She looked at Mona's pale face, the girl sneezing occasionally. She offered Mona some warm water, making her look up.

"Is Little Sister sick? Her face is so pale, here's some warm water to drink," said the waiter.

"Thanks, Uncle, no really." Mona looked down again when she got a sharp look from Arka.

After their porridge was finished, Arka paid and rushed to the car to continue their journey. Finally arriving at the market, the man didn't take them to the mini market. Arka had put on a mask and ordered Mona out.

"Buy groceries for a month," Arka ordered with Mona's nod, the girl immediately stepped up and chose the groceries then the man paid.

and then the man paid.

After buying all the ingredients, Arka quickly headed for the car leaving Mona struggling to carry the groceries. Her walk began to sway, the girl's head throbbing with pain. Her legs couldn't hold her weight, she collapsed and Arka turned and ran to see Mona lying unconscious.

"Ishhh, you're a pain in the ass," Arka grumbled under her breath and carried her to the car, not forgetting to pick up the groceries.

After that, he immediately called the private doctor and told him to go home. She drove the car home, after putting Mona in her room. Arka immediately told Hans, who had just arrived, to check on his sister-in-law.

"What's wrong with her, Hans?" asked Arka as soon as Hans finished examining Mona.

"She has a fever, this is the medicine Tuan gave her when she woke up. Compresses too so that the heat goes down a bit," said Hans handing over some medicine and he had written down how many times to take.

"I take my leave, sir," Hans said with Arka's nod, the man immediately escorted Hans out.

Arka quickly went to the kitchen to get some water to compress Mona. Stepping into the room and sitting next to her sister-in-law who was lying down. She painstakingly applied the cloth to Mona's forehead and then picked up her laptop to do some work here, while taking care of the girl.

"Eughhhhh," Mona moaned then slowly opened her eyelids, her gaze immediately clashing with Arka's sharp bead.

"Brother-in-law, why are we here?" Mona asked in a weak voice.

"Then in the parking lot! I left you there, and then I went viral because I left you," Arka's sarcasm left Mona speechless.

"Here, take your medicine, it's a pain!" Arka walked away, leaving Mona alone in the room.
