I woke slowly in the huge bed I had become accustomed to over the weeks I had been living at BlackRock and reached out for Tristan, not surprised to find his side of the bed empty, although it was surprising that the sheets were still warm. He hadn't been up for long.

A glance at the clock showed it was still early and part of me wanted to curl up and fall back asleep for a few hours but today was going to be a day unlike any other since I arrived here.
