CHAPTER SIXTEEN 

MIRA

Jeremy's hands slowly moved down my thigh. He grabbed my thigh and pulled me closer. Our lips were still locked together as we continued to kiss each other passionately. 

My hands were securely wrapped around his neck, while his, digged into my body. He grabbed my boobs and squeezed them gently. I moaned into his mouth, and wet liquid poured out from me. 

I grabbed him more tightly as I felt his hands moving up my thighs. I was already breathing heavily. I feared that my moans would be heard from other rooms, so I shut my mouth tightly and tried to swallow every sound in.

"I love you so much, Mira," Jeremy confessed as he moved closer and held my hands. "I always loved you. I was pained, I was jealous when I heard that..." 

He paused and shook his head. 

I was also growing feelings for him, and I would not deny that fact. I was in love with Jeremy. My feelings for him were gradually growing stronger. I enjoyed every bit of the sex we had. I would not deny the fact that I wanted to fuck him over and over again. 

"I love you, Mira," he confessed once again. 

I stood up from the bed and quickly dressed up in my dress. I hurried out of the room without saying anything to him. Jeremy tried to follow me, but he only stopped by his door. 

I turned around one more time and realised that Jeremy had shut the door and returned inside. I stared at his door for a while, shook my head, and walked away. 

When I got to my room, I decided to take a shower first. I was still having my bath when my daughter came to inform me that we had a visitor. I told my daughter to have them wait for me since I was almost done. 

When I got out of the bathroom, I was greeted by a maid. She was just a little above average height. She was a little bit chubby, and she looked like she was in her early twenties or late teens. 

"Hello, ma'am," she greeted as she bowed in front of me. 

I immediately took in her entire frame and did a survey with my eyes. 

"How may I help you?" I asked her before proceeding to my dressing room. 

I expected her to start talking whole I dressed up, but she didn't. She was patiently waiting for me to come back in front of her before she said anything else. 

When I returned to her room, I hit her with a questioning eyebrow. She immediately cleared her throat and began to speak. 

"My name is Raina. I have been assigned as a nanny to take care of your daughter."

She turned to my daughter and smiled at her. Mia immediately frowned and folded her arms. 

"But mom, I do not need a nanny. I am already a big girl."

I smiled deeply and patted Mia's head. Ever since she told herself that she was now a bug girl, Mia didn't want any nanny taking care of her. I knelt in front of her and tried to convince her. 

"Mom will be very busy in this strange land. I do not want you to think that I don't care about you because I'm busy. I am just trying to do what is right for both of us. " 

I let out an assuring smile. 

"Look here, dear. I love you, and I do not want any harm to come near you. This is not your home. You need a nanny to love and guild you until we return to our home."

She nodded her head. 

"Are you satisfied now?" I asked her. 

She nodded again. 

I smiled and patted her head. I knew she was not convinced, but I decided to let her be. With time, she will learn that she needs a nanny. 

"Make yourself comfortable," I told Raina before walking towards the study room.

She knelt in front of Mia and introduced herself to Mia. 

"What is your name?" She asked Mia.

"I won't tell you. Momma said not to talk to strangers." 

"But I am not a stranger. I am your nanny."

Mia insisted that she was still a stranger since she had just met her. The two began to argue. Mia didn't want her nanny to touch her. I asked Raina to give her some time to adjust. 

Mia spent the next few days running away from her nanny. But soon, she warmed up to her, and the two began to blend.
