I wanted to play the music in the car to dissipate some of the anger that Cain was feeling but I had already tried to do that twice and each time he immediately shut off the radio. I was scared to try a third time in case he was to claw out the whole system in itself.

I wanted to say something to him to get him to calm down but Devin wasn’t making it easy for me making me glare at him.

The two seemed to be fighting even now as we were driving back to our pack. Looking out from my passenger’s side widow I saw Devin driving side by side on his motorcycle looking at me every few seconds in and then looking past me from the passenger’s seat to the driver’s seat to taunt Cain as he would give him a two finger salute and then rev up the engine speeding up ahead.
