Chapter 105: Burn

“Can you help me to move all this furniture away?” I asked Ross as I immediately got to working and started pushing away the sofas that was on the carpet that covered the rest of the mysterious light. This must be a big clue for only then would this not be visible to Ross and without a question Ross immediately went to help me with the strength that he could muster.

Pushing the furniture away from the carpet I saw more and more of the light now peaking from the spaces that had been at first hid from my sight because of the furniture and at last I sat down and pulled at the carpet tearing it in the process.

“What are you doing Miss?” Ross asked in horror watching as his expensive carpet was shredded in many piece by my claws but I didn’t have the patience to move away the cloth that had been keeping me away from the only thing that provided me with an ounce of hope.

“Please Ross let me do what I want to,” I pleaded him but my words were spent on deaf ears as he came to move
