Chapter Sixty Eight - Test of courage

We entered the cave. The winds were blowing harshly from the sea, creating a weird crying noise from the cave.

That makes everything extremely interesting because some of the couples before us think it’s a ghost or something.

Numerous screams were to be heard at the far corner of the cave, I can’t help but laugh at all of the things I have been hearing.

“This is a piece of cake.” I confidently said while stretching my knuckles. Eli chuckled to my right.

“What are you laughing about?” I raised my eyebrows. It was quite dark, I couldn’t see the emotions on his face properly.

“Nothing, you are just so cute when trying to act tough.” I could feel him smirking, so I hit his arms.

“I hate you!” I exclaimed, which made him laugh before stopping, “Are you hitting me, Hazel?” he asked.

“Yeah, I just did a while ago,” I told him, a little bit confused. Why would he ask such an obvious question?
