ANIMAL STRIKES AGAIN

FIBI’S POV

SIX MONTHS LATER

After six months of sharing the same room but living as strangers, I was already used to talking to Diego only when absolutely necessary. We avoided each other like infectious diseases. Which is quite hilarious because none of us still decided to move to another room.

Today appeared to be no different from all the other boring days I'd been having. He was still fast asleep, snoring lightly as usual, all the way on the other side of our bed. I sat up and stretched.

Someone came pounding on the door. I rushed to open it before the noise would wake the sleeping wolf. I met a maid there.

“Come quick, Luna! Ethan is in the living room with your mother.” She said.

I rubbed the last traces of sleep out of my eyes before asking, “You mean the queen mother? Is there a problem?”

“No, Luna. I mean your own mother. She's hurt! Come quick!” The maid clarified.
