CHAPTER 3

“You are gonna go in the back and get a rope” the stalker said and Jacob looked at him and took off his jacket and got up and went for the rope.

Nia looked at Sydney and looked at him with anger. Kevin looked at her and was confused. The stalker went over to Sydney and stroked her face and looked at her and kissed her cheek. Jacob came back with the rope and slammed the door and went over to where Kevin and Nia were and stood by them. The stalker looked and went over and tied their hands and feet.

“Okay now you sit there and shut up,” the stalker said and they all comprehend.

“Why are you doing this? You know you are going to jail once people find out that we are missing,” Jacob said and the stalker growled.

“Don’t worry, I’ll let you all out soon, i just need to think,” he said and went to pace in the room on one side.

Sydney groaned silently and put her head on her head and moved from side to side. She opened her eyes slowly adjusting to the light and turned her head and saw Nia and the two guys and was confused as hell. Nia looked and smiled and made eye contact with her, Sydney looked and sat up.

“What’s going on?” She said and they looked at her and held her head and sat up. The stalker was too busy in his thoughts.

Jacob looked at her and smiled a little and sent a message to his butler to call the police. Sydney got down and fell to the floor. The stalker looked and went to her and grabbed her by her hair and pulled her hair.

“Hey Hey?! What do you think you are doing to my friend?” Nia shouted and Sydney screamed in pain.

“Hey Hey?! Let her go! You have at least 10 minutes to get out of here before the police get here. So I suggest you leave her alone and run,” Jacob said and he looked at her and the stalker let her go and ran out quickly.

Sydney cried and held her hair and crawled to Nia and helped her and held Kevin and Jacob. Nia went to her and hugged her tightly and Sydney held on and cried. Jacob and Kevin looked at them and decided to stay with them until the police came. Jacob took off his jacket and covered Sydney and she looked at him and held on to his jacket. Jacob smiled and looked at her.

The police came and questioned them and Sydney gave them a description of the stalker and the police went to look for them. The police left after collecting evidence and information. Sydney closed up the cafe and contacted her boss and told her boss what happened. After some time, they all stood outside. Nia looked at Kevin.

“Wait, you're the Alpha from earlier that came in the library,” she said and he smirked and looked at her.

“Well well, I must be unforgettable,” he said and she looked at him.

“You are really a piece of work aren’t you?” she said and shook her head and crossed her arms.

“Well, I’ll be visiting tomorrow, hope I see you there,” he said.

“Well, I won’t be at work tomorrow but I’ll be there the day after tomorrow,” she said and smiled.

He groaned and whined. They both talked and Nia played hard-to-get and Kevin was trying. Meanwhile, Sydney was on one side waiting for her boss to come and Jacob was standing beside her.

“I’m sorry for having you here at this time of night,” She said and held onto his coat. He looked and smiled.

“It’s okay, I did come to see you actually but that Alpha just happened to be there and came in my way. His scent is still on you and it disgusting,” he said

“Oh, I’m sorry again,” she said and smiled nervously and he smiled.

“It’s okay,” he said.

The boss came and took the key and left. Sydney told Jacob and Kevin bye and Nia did the same and they both walked to their apartment. Jacob looked at Sydney and Kevin noticed.

“Well,well, did my best friend find his soulmate or just another Omega to have a fun time with?” Kevin asked.

“Hmm, I’m not sure what I want from her. Probably a good time from her. How about you?” Jacob said.

“She makes me want to use all my techniques to win her over,” He said and smiled Jacob shook his head.

They both smiled and went in their car and went home.

The next morning, Jacob had his secretary run a background check on Nia and Sydney. He went in his car and drove to Jacob house. He was gonna give the information about Nia and he had information on Sydney.

Sydney got up and saw Nia beside her and hugged her. Sydney smiled and hugged back Nia. She thought back to Jacob and blushed and smiled. She has never been in a relationship before nor had sex. She shook her head and went back to sleep.

Jacob reached Kevin's house and got out of his car and went inside the house and went into Kevin’s room and pulled his curtain away and laid beside him and woke him up. Kevin groaned and opened one of his eyes and looked at him.

“Dude, what are you doing here so early?” Kevin asked.

“Well, I came here to give you something that you might want?” Jacob said.

“Well, whatever it is, it could have waited,” Kevin said and closed back his eyes.

“Well, if you don’t want information about Nia, then I’ll take it away,” Jacob said, smirking.

Kevin opened his eyes and took it from Jacob quickly and opened the document and read through it while smiling.

“Hmm, She is beautiful” Kevin said and Jacob looked at Sydney’s photo and smiled.

Meanwhile, at Sydney’s and Nia’s apartment, there was a figure lurking around. There were two shadows outside looking for a way to get in.

“Let’s do this,” one of the shadow figures said.
