The hall resonated with a massive round of applause as he walked over the front and stepped onto the big stage. Standing behind a tall glass podium he cleared his throat after having flashed a grim smile. His eyes blazing at the crowd like they were all his enemies.

The hall went silent after they heard him clear his throat. It sounded husky and deep like a base. He had his long arms rested on both sides of the podium touching the edges with his callous hands.
