Chapter 58

Stephano got unto his private plane that afternoon after getting news of his mother's accident. He had tried calling his father and sister but nothing came out of it. He stepped into the plane only to find his grandfather seated in one of the seats and smoking his tobacco pipe. A tray of nice appetizers was laid out in front of him but he hadn't even lifted his fork.

“Grandpa? You are...coming to visit my mom.” Stephano got seated on another seat a little far from him as one of the flight attendants rushed over to attend his needs. He called for something strong and the lady hostess was already on her way.

“Am sure your mother is fine. She's a strong woman that bitch.”

“Language grandpa! That's my mom you are talking about.” Stephano gritted before trying to relax on his seat. He was worried for his mother and somehow he couldn't shake off the feeling that what had happened was probably his fault. Afterall he had been distant since a while month and not wanting to get close to anyon
