Chapter 32

After changing and fixing herself into some comfortable working clothes. Eleanor found herself sharing a dinner with Fourth Ycarius.

Kanina ay nagtalo pa sila dahil gusto na talaga niyang magtrabaho. Scarletti's under attack for God's sake!

Pero heto sya't naghahapunan dahil hindi siya makalabas sa penthouse niya.

The mighty Cloud Kristos Collins locked her door from the control room!

And exercising her authority would surely not work to the young Collin.

Everything's in chaos and she is still being spoiled by them.

"Eat slower, Healia." paalala ni Fourth.

She gave him a threatening glare. Nalayo naman nito ang katawan sa kaniya.

Nakisama pa talaga ang lalaking ito sa plano ng kambal!

"I didn't do anything, baby." paawa nito upang pansinin siya, "Please don't ignore me, I missed you."

"Magkasama tayo kanina." mapakla niyang sabad at umiwas.

"You're so cute," he laughed inwardly, "But don't ignore me, Healia Eleanor." nguso naman niya.

Pinaharap siya nito sa kaniya at ambang susubuan ng pagkain. She wanted to tease him more but once again, she can't resist his charming eyes.

"Aren't you busy?" she's sure that he has a lot of work too.

"I want to be here." simpleng rason niya saka siya muling sinubuan.

Her heart skipped a beat. He wants to be here? With her?

"The Collins used you to confine me here." pag-iiba niya ng usapan

Mabilis na umiling ang lalaki at patuloy siyang sinusubuan ng pagkain. She has her own hands, and her mouth's still full!

He just chuckled and put down the utensils, wiping the side of her mouth.

Eleanor suddenly felt like a baby!

"You should eat too." kinuha niya kutsara saka naglagay ng pagkain doon, "Here," she held it up.

Nakangiting tinanggap ito ng lalaki.

"Sky asked me to deliver a message to you." anito pagkatapos lunukin ang binigay niyang pagkain.

Natigil si Eleanor sa paglagay ng pagkain sa kutsara saka humarap kay Fourth. She turned the swiveling chair of her kitchen counter to face him directly. They decided to eat her instead of the dining table. It felt homey.

She waited for Fourth to deliver the said message. Pero tumahimik ito bigla habang titig lang sa kaniya.

Kinabahan siya bigla. Did something bad happened? Hindi ba naging successful ang operation ni Tanda? May mga komplikasyon bang nangyari?

"D-did something bad happened with Tanda?" nagmamadali niyang tanong, "Fourth Ycarius." yugyug niya sa braso nito.

Fourth blinked a few times and moved his chair closer to her. He's so close. Pinagdikit niya ang mga noo nila.

"No, no." iling nito, "I was just mesmerized with your eyes. You're so beautiful, Healia Eleanor." he said without hesitation.

Akala niya ay kung ano na ang nangyari kay Tanda! He scared the hell out of her!

"Tinakot mo 'ko." tampal niya sa balikat nito, "What did Sky told you? Ayos lang ba si Tanda?"

He cupped both of her cheeks and put a small space between their faces.

"Mr. Collins survived the operation." he started, squeezing her cheeks, "Sky said that you don't have to worry, because his father's like uhm.... a warhorse." he hesitated to deliver that one. Natawa si Eleanor dahil doon.

That sounded exactly like something Sky would say.

"And he asked me to bring you dinner, after telling him that I want to go see you, I heard you didn't eat anything at the party."

"I got busy," rason niya sakahinawakan ang parehong kamay ni Fourth, na patuloy paring pinaglalaruan ang pisngi niya. "Then everything after the party happened."

He raised her hands, intertwined with his, and lead it around his nape. Saka muli silang pinaglapit.

One things that she learned about Fourth Ycarius. He likes showing affection through physical touch. And one thing she learned about herself, she likes his intimacy.

"My poor wife." anito at pinagdikit na naman ang noo nila, "Are you full now?"

Tumango naman siya.

She's full and ready to work. Ang kailangan na lamang niyang gawin ay ang makatakas dito.

However, Fourth Ycarius seemed to have a plan in order to keep her here.

The Collins' Twins really know how to lock her up!

"You rest a bit, then I'll tuck you in to bed after." malumo nitong sabi.

Eleanor finally woke up from his spell. Naitulak niya ito saka siya mabilis na uminom ng tubig at tumayo.

"You're not keeping me here, Fourth Ycarius." matigas at nagbabantang aniya, "I'm the Empress. Magtatrabaho ako." she said with finality, pointing at him.

He just chuckled, which annoyed her more. Pinandilatan niya ito ng mga mata.

He raised both of his hands, surrendering, "I know, baby." tawa pa niya. "But you need to convince Cloud Kristos to let us out of her, mh Empress. We're locked up here - not that I don't like it. I love it, actually." he smirked mischievously.

Inirapan niya lamang ang binata saka ito tinalikuran at naglakad papunta sa sala. Holding her phone to dial Cloud's number.

She can hear Fourth Ycarius humming with a grin on his face. Habang sumusunod sa kaniya.

"Yes, Empress?" walang ganang bungad ni Cloud.

"Open the door." it was an order and a threat.

She felt a sudden static run through her waist and spread all throughout her body. It was Fourth Ycarius, hugging her from behind.

"Let's stay here for a while, baby." he whispered right to her ear!

She couldn't move as he's holding her so tight. Binigyan niya lamang ito ng nagbabantang tingin.

"Have you eaten, Emoress?" pag-iiba ni Cloud.

"Yes." sagot niya agad, "Now, open the door."

Hinayaan niya lamang na dumikit si Fourth Ycarius sa kaniya. She likes it too. She likes his clingyness.

She's now determined and motivated to finish the chaos happening in Scarletti. Pagkatapos ng lahat ng ito, she will clear everything with Fourth Ycarius.

Ngayon, Scarletti muna ang priority niya.

"The generals are doing well, Empress. We can handle for now." kontra nito.

"That's not my order, Cloud Kristos." pagmamatigas pa niya.

She heard him sigh, "Geez fine, you're scaring me now so," saka narinig nila ang pagbukas ng pinto.

"Oh, he gave in." untag ni Fourth, "You scared him." dagdag pa niya.

Binaba ni Eleanor ang tawag at kumawala sa yakap ni Fourth. Saka siya humarap dito.

"I need to work." paalam niya.

His pout turned to a small smile, "Well, I was just tryin' my luck." he hugged her once again and snuggled his face on her neck, which made her laugh.

"Ycarius!" saway niya.

"Good luck, baby. Show them who the Empress is." he cheered.

Napangiti naman siya dahil doon, "Thank you." she replied, hugging him back, "Hatid kita sa kotse mo?" aniya ng maglayo sila.

Umiling ito, "No need. Just one last hug and I'm good to go." ngiti pa nito.

Kumunto naman ang noo niya. For a second, she saw something in his eyes that she can't explain. What was it? May problema ba siya?

Hindi na naitanong ni Eleanor ang tungkol doon dahil nagpaalam na din ito sa kaniya. Inamin din sa wakas ni Fourth na tinakasan niya lamang ang trabaho para makapunta sa Scarletti.

Eleanor didn't hold him back any longer.

Sabay silang sumakay sa elevator. He was holding her waist and kissing the top of her head all the time. Hanggang sa maghiwalay sila nang tumigil ang elevator sa control room.

Then again, she saw the same expression while Fourth Ycarius is waving his hand goodbye, as the elevator's door closes. What was it? Hindi niya matukoy kung anong klaseng ekspresyon iyon.

She waved her hand back and the door closed completely.

"Empress, good thing you're here." bungad sa kaniya ni Cloud, "Sky's on the line." anito saka pinindot ang loudspeaker sa kaniyang cellphone.

"What is it? May nangyari ba?" lapit niya sa lalaki.

"Is that Eleanor?" ani Sky sa kabilang linya.

"Is something wrong, Sky?" tanong niya pabalik.

"Roldan Scarletti is here." diretso nitong saad, "He helped us with preventing the reporters from entering the hospital." salaysay nito.

"Who's that?" ani Cloud, "And he's a Scarletti?"

"The guy at the party?" kunot-noong ani naman ni El.

"Yes." mabilis na sagot ni Sky, "He said that, he's here to help. And he claimed to be your Father's older brother, El."

Eleanor suspected that Roldan Scarletti is a relative. But not as close as he claimed.

Tanda never mentioned that her father has an older brother. Kung totoo nga, bakit hindi siya ang nagmana ng Scarletti?

What happened?
