They were left behind immediately. Malikul scooted away and rubbed his chin continuously.

Shadow leaned against the arm sofa and placed her side face on it. “What are you thinking about?”

Instead of answering, Malikul persistently stared at the relics.

“Are you curious about the making method of the relics?”

Malikul snapped his neck at her and was perplexed. “Not at all.”

He truly wasn’t curious at all. His mind was shouting as well. He thought that these would be the greatest, but they ended up just being terrible items.

Who knew relics would be a devil advocator.

She scoffed. Placing her feet on his knee. “Yes, my Af. There is no need for you to know.”

Malikul promptly rubbed the back of Shadow’s feet while thinking deeper.

He had asked King Ali about the relics during their previous meeting. The king had shaken his head at that time.

“Unfortunately, I am not too familiar with relics. Have not encountered one. Why is the question?”
