“Jordan? Aren’t you coming out of your room today either? You have been indoors the whole time you have been here, we barely even see you, except you want to eat and you don't talk to us either, I am honestly so worried about you son, can you talk to me already? We used to be friends,"

His mom said while knocking on his door, she was exaggerating. Of course, he has been out of the house a couple of times in the last couple of days, he just didn’t stay out long and spent most of the time in his room alone, he felt guilty for not at least engaging them in talks or even sitting with them but he couldn't help it, he just wanted to be on his own, she kept banging on his door, he rolled his eyes, she damn well knew it wasn't locked.
