Andras POV

I don't think Cassandra realized how powerful Allana was. I laugh, recalling the anger on her face as Allana stormed out of the throne room, turning her back on the Seelie queen. Cassandra's blatant hatred for

Allana will benefit both of us.

“What took you so long, Andras?”

I hiss as my anger rises.

“You know better than to question me, Cassandra.”

”I need your services, Andras,”

She saunters toward me, running her hand down my chest to the waistband of my trousers.

“You must want something significant from me this time Cassandra.”

“I will make it worth your time Andras.”

“Don't fuck with me, Cassandra. I have a realm full of women more beautiful than you willing to share my bed”.

Cassandra laughs sarcastically.

“They don't have my Fae blood running through their veins, though, do they, Andras?”

I know Cassandra realizes she has fucked up when I hear her heart racing. She takes a step away from me,

“Do you want to die, Cassandra?”

I stalked slowly toward her, smiling as her fear rose.

“You can't run from me, Cassandra.”

My cock strains against my trouser’s in anticipation. She smiles as she removes her clothes; her every move is deliberate. The stupid bitch thinks she can manipulate me that easily?

“You know I like it rough, don't you, Andras.”

Cassandra grips my length tightly with both hands, stroking me as she releases my cock from my pants. I growl, pushing her backward and grabbing her ankles as I pull her roughly to the edge of her bed. She opens her legs wide and places them on my shoulders. She moans as I run the tip of my cock and the opening of her wet pussy, thrusting my pulsing cock deep inside her. She squirms against me, her pussy tightly clamping around me.  My cock throbs as I push deeper inside her wet cunt. Her juices coat my balls. I look into her eyes, snarling as I sink my teeth deep into her neck. I  release endorphins, increasing her pleasure as she screams, and her orgasm peaks taking her over the edge of sanity—my gums are tingling with the exquisite taste of her blood, sating my blood lust. I laugh, knowing I will do whatever she wants me to do. I look at her, detangling my body from hers, before asking,

“What do you want from me, Cassandra? I have someone waiting for me?”

She hisses.

“I want to hurt Allana. The bitch dared to disrespect me in my court.”

Raising my eyebrows, I can't help goading her.

“Did you know Allana has a granddaughter Cassandra? She will be beautiful like her grandmother.”

Her eyes sparkle with malice.

“Get her for me tonight, Andras.”

“Why should I do that for you?”

“My dungeons are overflowing with Dark Fae. You can have your pick of them.”

“I will want six females,”

“Agreed, I will tell the guards you will be there shortly. They will have them ready for you before you return."

As I turn away from her, she adds,

“Send Gabriel in when you leave Andras.”

I turn around, wrapping my hands around her throat and squeezing, cutting off her air supply. Cassandra forgot who she was speaking to; I leaned close to her ear and sneered.

“You forget yourself bitch, I will bring the girl to you, but you will receive no more warnings; disrespect me again, and I will kill you.”

I leave the Seelie queen naked, gasping for air as I teleport to the Unseelie realm; my men are waiting for me. I had unfinished business in this realm and intended to take care of it before meeting Allana.

I watch as Allana leaves; the girl has gone to bed. Olivia is still downstairs. Her scent remains fresh even after all this time. It is a shame to kill her. I will give her one more chance to come with me. I walk into the house, my men following discreetly behind me. She is startled, not expecting to see me again,

“What are you doing here, Andras?”

“I thought you would be pleased to see me now that Lysandra is dead.”

Olivia's voice trembles with fear as she whispers,

“You are a cruel bastard, Andras. I have been trying to forget you existed for the last twenty years.”

I shrug,

“You have another child Olivia. Don't you wish to see him?”

The scent of her fear as it fills the room is intoxicating; she stammers,

“You killed Lysandra; you will not touch Lisha.”

Blood pounds in my head,

“I did not kill Lysandra, Olivia.”

I can see she doesn't believe what I say; I smirk. I wouldn't either.

“Come with me, Olivia, and I will protect you and your daughter.”

Olivia’s eyes widen in shock at what I am saying; she hangs her head before whispering,

“You raped me, Andras, and then took our child. Why would I want to be with you,”

Rage consumes me; I nod to my men. She screams as they take hold of her.

“I will kill you and take your daughter. Allana will not be able to stop me”.

She starts crying, begging me.

“Please don't hurt my daughter, Andras.”

My voice is cold as I look at my men and say,

“Kill her."

Olivia’s daughter had woken up when she heard her mother's scream. I drag her from her bed, teleporting into the cold night. My magic surrounds her, and she gasps, trying to breathe. I hiss,

“Be quiet, don't scream or struggle, or death will come to you sooner rather than later,”

She stops struggling as she loses consciousness. The Seelie guards have the females waiting for me. Looking at them in contempt, I snarl,

“Don't touch this one; the Queen wants her unhurt,”

They laugh, chattering amongst themselves until I throw the one closest to me against the stone wall. Their mocking laughter stops as the guard's blood flows freely, pooling on the ground where he lands. When I return to my realm, my men await my orders.

Take this lot to the cells, and do not drink their blood.”

They bow; I narrow my eyes and sneer,

“Disobey me, and I won't hesitate will kill you all.”

Allana is already here, pacing the throne room. She wrinkled her nose, looking at me scornfully,

“You smell like Cassandra, Andras. You could have least showered before you saw me.”

“What do you want, Allana?”

“I have already told you, Andras, I want peace for my people.”

I shake my head and snarl,

"You are up to something, Allana. Get the fuck out of my home, and don't return.”

Her voice becomes cool as she says.

“You are a fool to trust, Cassandra.”

My voice drips with contempt.

“I don't trust Cassandra; I fuck her.”

Her dress swirls around her ankles as she turns, storming out of my throne room.

Allana POV

I hold back my need to scream in frustration. Why is everything so difficult where Andras is concerned? I was happy to set aside the fact that he raped Olivia if it achieved what I wanted. I stumble as my sight descends on me. Andras commanded his men to kill Olivia. Lisha has been placed in the Seelie Queen's hands. Cassandra has set the wheels in motion; I will not do anything to stop this.

Speaking to Andras was one of many reasons I came here tonight. I am not leaving this realm until I find Xavier. He plays a vital role in my sister and my plans. I need to tell him who his mother was and who killed her. I find Xavier alone in his chambers; I am surprised at how much he reminds me of Olivia. Xavier’s lips curl with disgust when he looks at me, asking.

“What do you want with me, Fae?”

“I only need a few minutes of your time Xavier.”

"I have no interest in you. I am not my father.”

“Can I come in, Xavier? I need to speak to you privately?”

His eyes narrowed, hesitating slightly before opening the door wider, allowing me access.

“Has your father ever told you who your mother was?”

He crosses his arms tightly across his chest and growls.

“Why don't you say what you must, then leave.”

I gaze at him, refusing to break eye contact as I tell him about Olivia.

"Your mother's name was Olivia. Earlier tonight, your father commanded his men to kill her.”

"What the fuck are you talking about, and how could you possibly know any of this?"

“Olivia had a daughter. She is your half-sister; Andras kidnapped her and gave her to the Seelie Queen.”

Xavier could barely control his anger as he paced around his chamber and hissed.

“What do you expect me to do?”

“I will need your help to save her, Xavier. She is also my granddaughter.”

I finally have his full attention.

“My name is Allana; you will find me at the werewolf village in the Unseelie realm when you want to know more.”

I have to walk away. If Xavier believes my tale, he will find me. I need to go home and plan our next move.

Lisha POV Memories run through my mind of the previous night, and I double over in pain as I remember the intruders that broke into our home and killed my mother. My breath hitches in my throat; what could we have done to deserve this? I gag, wanting to be sick; the loss of my mother consumes me. I sob quietly, too scared to move. I don't know how long I have been lying on the ground; the cold feels like it has seeped through my bones; my head is pounding, my body aching. I try to move my hands to steady myself when panic sets in; I struggle, then stop when I realize it is pointless, as my captures have chained me to a wall. There is another person here with me, but it's too dark to see who it is. I hear shuffling behind me as someone tries to help me sit up. “Don't say anything to attract the guards. I have some water for you; it will help clear your head.” The cool water tastes amazing, relieving the dryness scratching at the back of my throat. The other person is a female about m

Lisha POV Skyla and I follow Athena down a cobblestone lane; on the left are a dozen rundown cabins. Athena turns back toward us and says, “These are the servant's quarters. Under no circumstance will you enter the palace grounds unless you are fulfilling the Queen's duties.” When we reach the last cabin, she stops, “You will share a cabin. You have this afternoon to organize yourselves. I will return at sunrise to take you to the palace, do not keep me waiting." Once Athena is out of sight, I slowly open the cabin door and peer inside. The interior is filthy; dried blood has stained the floors and parts of the walls. I turn to Skyla, shaking my head, and ask. “Where do we start?” Skyla puts her arm around my shoulders and chuckles nervously to try and hide her fear from me as she says, “Come on, Lisha, it won't take us long to clean this mess up.” I sigh, turning and walking toward the windows and opening them to let fresh air in so we can breathe. I look around. There is a

Lisha POV It's been two years since they took me from my home; rising early, I braid my hair and dress. Skyla starts to stir, eventually waking up, and dresses as well. Being half-human, Skyla needs more sleep than I do, and she also doesn't hear, see, run, heal, or have the same strength. But the advantage she does have because of her human blood is that she can lie. Fae cannot lie; we can avoid answering a direct question by wording our answer as another question which sucks, but straight out, lying is impossible until now. Skyla teaches me ways to lie every night, it's been a prolonged process, but I am finally getting the hang of it. We walk to the palace grounds every morning before going our separate ways for the day. I am walking along the hallway that leads to the kitchen when someone grabs me from behind. I struggle, knowing it's pointless to scream when arms like steel wrap around me. “Good morning Lisha; where are you going?” Fear runs through me when I recognize Gabriel

Skyla POV My mother had done the unthinkable. She fell in love with a human. I did not know her as she died giving birth to me. My father never wanted anyone else, as he still loved her deeply. We had a happy life together, just the two of us. Since we lived on the outskirts of the Seelie realm, we didn't think the Seelies paid attention to us. How wrong we were. I never had any dealings with my mother's people. I spent more time amongst the humans that live close to the border. It also helped that my human blood was more prominent than my Fae blood, and I fitted in easily with them. I had no idea that the Seelie were evil until the night they killed my father and took me to the Seelie Queen. It didn't take me long to see she was nothing but a spiteful, vindictive-natured bitch. If it weren't for Lisha, I know I would have taken my own life within weeks of being captured. We constantly drew on each other's strength to keep ourselves alive. I start crying as Xavier moves to stand besi

Seline is leaning over the top of me, applying ointment to the wounds on my back; her voice is soft as she whispers, “Stay still, Lisha. This will help take some of the pain away”. I drift back to sleep, only to be woken up again by Seline; her big brown eyes are filled with pity as she looks down at me and says, “Stay in bed for the day and rest; you need your strength to return to your normal duties tomorrow.” I go to thank her and stop when she holds her hand up and continues speaking, “I don't know what you and Skyla were thinking, and I don't want to know, but from now you will be staying with me. I have the space, and it will be safer for you.” I don't know what to say to her; I brush the tears from my eyes and whisper, “Thank you.” Her lips tug up in a sad smile as she says, “It's only going to get worse for you here, Lisha. Lisha POV I had forgotten how beautiful my homeland was and felt a sense of belonging for the first time in four years. Green grass and colorful flora cover the forest floor; the ancient trees that hold so much magic inside them call to my soul. It feels so good to be home with the people I love. I didn't realize we had been walking all day until I noticed the sun setting over our mountains. When I feel a slight ripple in the wards protecting our realm, I don't give it much thought, as animals often travel freely in and out of our forest. It doesn't take long before a sense of dread snakes its way down my spine; the birds and animals have disappeared, and it's too quiet. Tyler growls; when I feel a slight breeze brush past my ear, three vampires are headed in our direction, their eyes glowing red with bloodlust. The telltale scent of rabid vampires, stale blood, and rotting flesh reach us before they do. The vampire's movements are staggered, much slower than they usually are; Xavie

Tyler POV The last two years have been hell; we searched all over the Seelie realm for Lisha. When Allana told my father that the Seelie Queen set up a meeting with the Werewolf and Vampire King, it gave us the perfect excuse to enter the Seelie court. We finally found her, and then I had to leave her again. It broke my heart and shattered my wolf Tristan; it took him months to recover. Once a werewolf finds their mate, we do not cope well with not being near her. Watching Skyla and Xavier's bond get stronger the more time they spent together didn't help my sanity much. We planned Lisha’s rescue carefully. Having Skyla with us was invaluable; even though she never spoke about what happened to Lisha and her, Skyla’s knowledge of the palace was extensive. I smile across the table at Lisha; she is finally home and where she belongs, with me. Lisha has grown even more beautiful since I saw her. Her black hair reflects purple through the ends and falls to her waist. Her purple eyes change

Tyler POV Lisha winks at me and whispers, “No matter what happens, hold the circle.” She moved closer to Allana while reaching behind her back and placing my hand in Skyla’s. A dense fog was rolling in from every direction; a cold chill crept up my back, and the hairs on my neck and arms stood up. I knew there was someone behind me, but I didn't dare to turn my head and have a look. Lisha smirked as the fog grew thicker and denser; Allana was so confident in her abilities that she refused to consider for one moment we could beat her. Allana hissed, her eyes glancing at each of us as she snarled, “You can't beat me, you foolish girl.” Lisha's laughed softly. Only the people closest to her knew what that particular laugh meant; it always sent shivers down my spine. She looked at Allana and whispered, “I am not trying to beat you, Allana; you wanted power, and I am going to give it to you.” Allana's eyes narrowed as she stared at Lisha, her lips twisting into an ugly smile as

Lisha POV Tyler and I woke early, we had a feeling that someone had betrayed us, and we were right. Xavier, Skyla, Tyler, and I knew what was coming, but no one else did; the fewer who knew what we intended to do, the better. Tyler made short work of Anton, the warrior who told Allana we were here; he was one of Dimitri’s wolves, I knew we should have killed the lot of them when we killed Dimitri, but Tyler wanted to believe that they were loyal to us, so he did. Sometimes it's better to learn the hard way than be made aware of the truth by someone else, even if you love that person wholeheartedly. The day we have been waiting for is finally here; we leave Mathew's cabin under cover of darkness. The one hundred wolves Tyler brought with him will stay hidden inside Mathew's village until everyone else arrives. Then they will join us in the procession to where Allana, Xavier, and Skyla were supposed to be waiting for us. We could hear Allana’s people getting organized for everyone to

Skyla tugs on my shirt sleeve, murmuring, “You had better wipe that disgusted look off your face before we get too close to her.” I give myself a shake and remember why we are here, “She extravagant.” Skyla chuckles, “That she is; now smile sweetly for your bitch of a grandmother and lavish her with praise.” Allana takes a step closer to us, opening her arms wide; embracing Skyla and then me as she says, “I am so glad you are here; come inside, and I will give you a tour of my home.” The beauty of the castle and grounds are breathtaking; gardens are scattered everywhere, filled with flowers of every color and description imaginable. The castle itself has been constructed out of white limestone, and heav

Tyler POV Xavier glanced back over his shoulder at me once before Skyla, his vampires, and he stepped into Allana’s realm, my wolves and I didn't have to wait long before my father stood before me, motioning for us to follow him. I whispered, “Won't Allana become suspicious if our not with Xavier?” He shakes his head, “No, she only required Zane to escort Xavier, Skyla, and his vampires into the realm.” I grinned, “How is Lisha?” He smiled, “Good, she is safely hidden inside my cabin.” After my wolves were taken to their quarters, I left them in my father's care and went to see Lisha. Lilly opened the door of my father's house and stepped to one side before leaving; I frowned, “Where are you going, Lilly?” Lilly hesitated before glancing up at me and murmuring, “I thought you and Lisha might like some time alone.” I smirked and moved out of her way; Lilly is and has always been one of the worst liars I have ever met, Lisha has been up to something, and I need to fin

Lilly POV Lisha smiled as she walked toward us; when I asked her what had happened, she frowned and said, “You saw what happened, Lilly.” I shook my head.“No, we couldn't see or hear anything.” She smirked, “That's probably for the best.” This is her answer; that's probably for the best; what the hell is that supposed to mean? I grabbed Lisha’s arm as she went to walk past me and whispered, “Are you going to me? What happened in there, Lisha?” She blew out a breath and whispered, “It's getting light, Lilly. We need to get back to Mathews.” I growled, “How the hell am I supposed to protect you if you don't tell me anything.” Lisha glanced back the way she came for a moment, then turned back to me and whispered, “When we get back to Mathew's house, I will tell you everything, but if we don't go now, someone will see us.” Lisha raised her eyebrows and inclined her head in Zane and Matthew's direction; there was no point in arguing with her any longer; her expression alone

Lisha POV Lilly is correct; the forest feels cold and unwelcoming as we follow Zane deeper into the woods. Every so often, I catch a glimpse of glowing eyes peering back at us; I didn't say anything to Zane at first because of thought I was seeing things, but the last ones I saw were a little too close for comfort as far as I am concerned. I swear under my breath and increase my pace so I can walk beside him. The paths narrow, and it infuriates me further when I keep hitting my head on the tree's low-hanging branches. How fucking long has it been since anyone walked this trail? I grab hold of Zane's arm, causing him to stop mid-step and ask, “I thought you said no one would see us?” He glances at the trees surrounding us and murmurs, “The people here won't hurt us.” I growl, “What fucking people, Zane.” He shrugs, “The banished, the Fae that didn't support Allana, she banished them all to this part of the forest.” “Why here.” He raises his eyes, looking toward a cl

Mateo is the only member of my pack who is similar in size and appearance to Theo; he will be the one to lead a hundred of my wolves into Allana’s realm. If he doesn't get too close to her, we will be able to fool her for a short time, at least. Not having Lisha here is hard; I know we argue sometimes, but what couple doesn't? It's all part of getting to know each other again. Having a bit of space from each other has helped me realize that if Lisha has to stay in the Unseelie lands until she has the baby, I will stay there with her. Lilly POVI never thought there would be a time when I would be scared of anyone, but Lisha is starting to scare me to death. Since we arrived here, it's been like her mind is elsewhere, her eyes vacant, and the dreams, it doesn't matter if it's day or night, every time she falls asleep, she wakes up screaming and fighting against some unknown force. I can see and feel her changing; my nerves are shot, and I pray to the moon goddess every chance I get pleading with her to do something, anything to stop Lisha from falling into madness. I can't leave her. I love her too much, and in the back of my mind is the thought that Tyler will arrive tomorrow morning. Please, goddess let her hold onto her sanity until he comes, they say love conquers all, so if anyone can pull Lisha out of the pits of despair, it will be Tyler. The creaking of the trapdoor alerts me to the fact that Mathew is home; he cautiously descends the stairs, his voice hushed as he asks, “How is she doing?” I blow out a
