April’s pov:

I hurried down the Hall to get to my class. I was already late. I just hoped for the professor to be late as well but to my sad luck, the professor was already there taking the lecture when I quietly stepped in. Thankfully he didn't say anything.

I had this class with Susan and luckily she had kept a seat for me.

I took my seat quickly shuffling out the books to take notes.

Susan tapped the bottom of the pen on my notes garnering my attention.

'Figured you'll be late,' I gaped at what she had written as a blush crept to my face.
