Chapter seventy nine

Collin ignored and paid less attention to all I had to say. I tried to touch him and I saw the beast in him. “Don't! Don't ! If you still love those fingers, don't touch me with them" he said coldly, but with so much intention in them. I stood there like a paused AI. “I lost two men and my niece" he announced with pain in his voice.

At his words, I looked around and counted the men silently, like lightning, I realized that the Russian guy was not among the men standing. Walked slowly to the dead bodies and gently took away the covers on their faces. To my greatest shock, he was among the dead bodies. My knees went numb, it was the first time I had felt cold on a sunny day. I screamed in pain, holding my mouth from screaming more.

I sobbed like a child till Collin walked to the car and opened the door. He carried sleeping Irene on his shoulder and walked past me. Just like a controlled robot, I stopped crying as soon as I saw her. I walked behind Collin till he tied her up
