Contracted to him

Isla's POV:

I paced the chamber where this crazy Alpha had locked me. My wolf was really angry at him for treating us like mere objects. She had hopes for her mate and I was sorry that we had to face the same insult from even him. Usually, second chance mates were meant to be the best ones, special lovers, which the Goddess had chosen for the rejected wolves. But because I was cursed and the Moon Goddess had no sympathy for me, I was left with a cruel mate again.

He was worse because he killed people more than he talked.

I feared for the day if I would say something which he wouldn't like and my head would be on the floor like a damaged ball of brain. But it was not the time to think about my life. I was bound to die since the day I was born and if I could sacrifice my life for my pack, it would be the biggest achievement for me.

'We will be fine, Riley. ' I assured her.

'I am not going to accept him. ' She stated.

Fear washed over me when she tried to shut herself out of this situation. Without her support, we wouldn't be able to accept the breeder position for Alpha Caden. She couldn't reject him now because that would end up fatally. For the pack and the young pups who deserved to live.

'We cannot turn our back now, Riley. The pack depends on us. We have to save them. He is crazy just like the rest of those Alphas. Even worse. We need to sacrifice this last time. We wanted an angel too but no one ever helped us. Can't we the one who saves the pack? ' I tried to make sense with her.

She didn't answer me back but I knew her sour mood was gone. She always put others before her. That's who she was. A kind soul. But just a little hot tempered. She wanted to be treated like the other wolves with high hopes and a mate who would cherish her. This all made her resentful towards everyone. But she wasn't mean and could never thought of hurting anyone.

I was startled when the door opened. I was expecting Alpha Caden at the door with those contract papers but instead it was a young maid with a gown in her hands. I remembered her face very well because she had been the one who ran away from me during a hunt. She had screamed to her friends that she had seen me and death was running over her head.

But today, she looked at me with gratitude. She didn't look away from me and walked closer with a small smile and wet eyes.

"Isla, please get ready to leave. " She said softly.

"Thank you. " I answered.

Before going on her way back, she turned to look at me and had a huge smile on her face.

"We appreciate what you did for the pack. I am extremely sorry for my past actions, our saviour."

The words sounded like heaven to me. All my life I just wanted them to accept me and now they thought I was their saviour.

"I... I didn't do anything. If I could save my people long ago, I would have done it every time. " I replied.

She sobbed and hugged me tightly. I wrapped my arms around her too. It was after so long that someone had touched me.

"No, you have proved that the Beta's blood is loyal to the pack. Please remember that everyone in the pack loves you and we pray for your well being. "

The fear of my own death vanished after she told me about my imagine in the pack. It was the only thing I had ever wanted in my life.

"Be safe. " She said before leaving me in the room again.

'Let's get done with that contract signing then. ' Riley said with a new determination in her voice.

I quickly got dressed in the thin gown which was too large for my petite body. I caught the same sweet scent and instantly looked up to see Alpha Caden staring at me intently. He had the papers in his hand and somehow I found myself looking down at him at his huge bulk in his pants. I took too long before I moved my gaze and Alpha Caden growled making me more nervous around him.

"See what you are doing to me, my little breeder... " Alpha Caden took slow predatory steps in my direction.

"I am sorry, Alpha. " I bit my lip.

"Sorry? For what? You should help me." He grabbed my waist and his erection poked me in the belly making me uncomfortable but excited too. His Alpha pheromone was making me wet and I felt the strange tingling in my core.

He cupped my breast with his huge hand and gave it a rough squeeze before pulling down my gown a bit to let the cold air flew against my skin. My heart hammered in my chest as his hot breath fell over my nipple. It hardened on it's own. With other hand, he teased my thighs. And slid his hand under my panties. I moaned and closed my eyes.

"You're so wet! " He was amused.

His thumb circled on my cl*t and he pressed it while his tongue flickered over my nipple. I shook with pleasure and clutched his head. He teased my wet and hot entrance with his fingers but didn't penetrate me yet even though I wanted him to just claim me. His fingers begun moving in a circular motion on my cl*t rubbing it roughly and my breaths came out uneven.

"Yes! " I moaned when something in my stomach shifted and an electric current passed through my feet and thighs. I would have fallen down on the floor if it was not for him grabbing my waist. My entrance contracted and I felt by eyes rolling back in my sockets.

"You are a loud comer. I like it... " Alpha Caden licked his fingers and walked to the table to get the papers.

I was still sweating and shaking from the sudden orgasm but he turned the pages and handed me the pen.

"Read it and sign. But quickly. You get just a minute. " He threatened.

I scanned through the pages and read all the stupid obligations he had put on me. But most importantly, I read the last page which stated the conditions for my freedom. A heir. That's what I had to give him as soon as possible. I was about to sign when I thought of putting few of my choices in this contract.

After all it was a contract for our profits. I could add some of my requirements too.

"I will sign it but I want to ask something from you first. " I said.

Alpha Caden looked at me with funny expression. I was sure he was going to decline my offer and insult me again.

"Go ahead. Tell me. " He asked.

"Promise me you will always protect me from everyone. I don't want to be bullied again. " I said slowly.

"I promise I will protect you from everyone. "He answered back;" But who will protect you from me? " He smirked.

I hurriedly put my signature on the paper and then he did the same. After he secured them safely in his coat pockets, he clapped his hands twice. The two soldiers walked in keeping their eyes glued to the ground.

"Are the cars ready? " He asked them.

"Everyone is settled and ready to leave. " One of the tall one replied.

"We are leaving now then. " Alpha Caden didn't wait for me to catch up to his fast pace.

We passed the hallway of the pack house and all the walls decorated with the paintings of the Royal members saddened me. I belonged to one of them and it all wouldn't be happening right now only if I was not cursed. Hayder was standing by the door and he had a big blue bruise running on his cheek. There was nothing in his eyes this time. No hatred. No repulsion.

"You are lucky I am leaving you alive. If you ever indulge in slavery again, I will not forgive you the next time. " Alpha Caden threatened him showing his fangs angrily.

Hayder was too embarrassed to say anything. But he still nodded.

There were around 15 cars parked outside the palace. Half of his soldiers had shifted into their wolf forms and half of them were in the cars. I wanted to capture everything in my heart and looked over at every single small detail. It was my house wheresomeone born and brought up. My feet stuck to the ground when I saw one of the kids waving at me. Before I could wave him back, I collided with a hard chest. Alpha Caden took me in his arms and took me inside the car.

"You don't belong to them anymore. We will have the marking ceremony as soon as we get to the pack. Get some rest. You won't get any sleep any time soon. " Alpha Caden said in his husky voice making me close my thighs tightly.
