CHAPTER 78

Luka's POV

I woke up to the feeling of a warm body on top of mine. I ran my hands through the skin of the beautiful woman on top of me and I knew it was that of my mate. I removed some of her hair that was on my face so I could see clearly and I instantly regretted it.

The light penetrated my eyes and I quickly shut them back. I groaned once I realized the window blind was opened and that was because of the hot weather last night. I tried lifting Crystina down from my body but she clutched my hand as if our lives depended on it. I grinned from ear to ear as she whined, mumbling incoherent words in her dreams.

I kissed her cheek gently and she beamed. She was hugging me tightly, her head on my chest this time. She looked so beautiful and adorable with her pretty smile. She looked so peaceful and calm.

After a few minutes, I was able to remove myself from her and get out of bed. I walked to the window first to close it but stopped to take a peak outside.
