Brimming With Power

Two days after my graduation, I'm eighteen but I don’t feel happy about it, which is weird. That night I couldn't sleep again so I went down to the beach with a sheet, a basket of apples and a bottle filled with water. I laid myself and the basket on the now opened sheet on the sand. Listening to the wind and the waves crashing on the sand. Looking at the stars in the sky I tried to free my mind from everything I've been through for the past few days. How do I deal with a situation like this?
