CHAPTER 17: Shower Together

I didn’t want to attend the family reunion. I knew that it would never turn out well. My family is full of toxic people that I couldn't stand. But my father really wanted me there and as a daughter who always had a soft spot for his father, I would obey him.

I wore a simple blue maxi dress and white flat sandals. The family reunion will be held on a beach for three days. I had to pack some clothes and some necessities. Killian knew already that I wouldn’t be home for three days.

I stepped outside of my room and went downstairs. Someone was already there to carry my luggage. I booked an afternoon flight and of course, I got the VIP one because of Killian Lannister. After that long flight, I was now on the beach and I could see my relatives in the cottage. The sun’s heat was burning my skin already.
