Chapter 9:

  Leia POV:

    I had lost track of the days at this point, I stopped paying attention to people that were coming and going, Una was doing her best to keep her strength but I could feel that I was losing myself. The things this horrible man made me do will forever haunt me. I've killed innocent people against my own will. I was nothing more than a toy to him. At least when I would see Atsila he would somehow get me to stay positive but it has been days since I have seen him. Maybe Bosch killed him. Maybe he went to Alley. Maybe they have given up searching for me. I felt bad as soon as the thought passed through me. I know they would never give up but it's just so hard to stay positive. "Ah, my little soldier. Are you ready?" Bosch asked, grabbing the sides of my face. I wanted so badly to jerk myself away and kick him in the nuts but I could. I could feel his long nails digging into my cheeks and it was painful. I've been whipped and burned and turned into a monster. I didn't even recognize who I was anymore. 

    We were at different houses now, somewhere in the woods. Dark witches and vampires were running around everywhere and I just had this feeling that if those queens find out their own people turned against them it was going to be a bloodbath and unfortunately I was going to get caught in the middle of it. It would end our suffering though. "Leia be a good girl and go fetch me a dark witch." Bosch said. As soon as the words left his mouth my body was in motion and I coward by Una. We were going to do something bad, I just knew we were. The first dark witch we came across is the one we grabbed first. She was sickly looking and struggled against us. "How long have you been sick?" Bosch asked looking at her with anger in his eyes. "I'm not sick." She spat. Bosch took a deep breath and looked at me. "You know what to do my little soldier." Bosch said before turning around and walking away. In one swift movement I had snapped this poor woman's neck and let her body fall to the ground. 

    I felt a piece of my heart break looking down at her, she did nothing wrong and still lost her life at my hands. I heard movements and I felt my body jerk to the side in time to barely see a male figure duck behind a tree. Who was that? He looked a little familiar. "It was Tyler." Una whispered. "Tyler? From our pack?" I asked, leaning against the cage. "The very same. I feel something is about to happen, have faith." Una whispered before she laid back down. Have faith? I was losing the last that I had. I heard a whistle and once again my body moved to see Tyler was poking his head around from the tree. He was trying to get me to go to him but I couldn't. My body wouldn't move. He ducked back down and I heard my name being called. This time my body did move. I was now walking back towards the house and as soon as I entered I was hit in the stomach with a fireball. Heat, nothing but scorching heat. "What took you so long to get your ass back in here?!" Bosch yelled, kicking me in the side. I could feel the wind being knocked out of me but I made no sound. I couldn't.

    I wouldn't want to give him the satisfaction of it anyways. Bosch grabbed me by the hair and dragged me across the room before throwing me in a chair. He strapped my arms and legs down before pinning my head backwards. He placed a shirt over my head before I felt myself choking on water, gasping for air. What the hell is he doing?! I was on my hands and knees trying to catch my breath but I couldn't. He is going to kill me. They just spotted me and now he is going to kill me. I could hear myself coughing when the water stopped. I felt something wrap around my neck and tighten. My body started jerking but it was no use, he had my strapped down and over time he had weakened my body. "Sometimes you can be really useful but on the other side you are useless." Bosch spat before dragging me into a cell and throwing me against the wall. I heard my own ribs crack at the impact. I heard the cell door slam before darkness quickly took me in.
