Leia POV:
I had lost track of the days at this point, I stopped paying attention to people that were coming and going, Una was doing her best to keep her strength but I could feel that I was losing myself. The things this horrible man made me do will forever haunt me. I've killed innocent people against my own will. I was nothing more than a toy to him. At least when I would see Atsila he would somehow get me to stay positive but it has been days since I have seen him. Maybe Bosch killed him. Maybe he went to Alley. Maybe they have given up searching for me. I felt bad as soon as the thought passed through me. I know they would never give up but it's just so hard to stay positive. "Ah, my little soldier. Are you ready?" Bosch asked, grabbing the sides of my face. I wanted so badly to jerk myself away and kick him in the nuts but I could. I could feel his long nails diggi
Brandon POVI had just gotten back in time to see Alley had teleported the group we had sent out. I was curious to see if they found anything, at least I could tell her family some good news for a change."It's teleportation, I tend to be impatient at times. We need the full details, how many, where are they, the main entrance? All details please." Alley said, walking over to Stephan. I coughed back a laugh from their reactions. "Well they have one main house which is where Bosch is, then they have three others that surround them, one for rogues, one for vampires and the other for the dark witches." One said."That is perfect. Any children or anything?" Stephen asked. "No children at all, we checked al
Leia POV:When I woke back up I was still in the cell, "Ah my little pet, did you sleep well." Bosch said, leaning against the door. "Bastard." I muttered to myself. "Now, that isn't very nice of you, and here I thought I would feed you." Bosch replied, shaking his head. "Yeah, I'd rather starve and die. Go fuck yourself." I said, flipping him off. I stand by what I said, death would be better than this hell I've been living in. "Today is a big day and I don't need you messing it up." Bosch said throwing the food on the ground. I mean I couldn't get it even if I really wanted it. I'm not in control of what I do. Bosch opened up the cell door and grabbed me by the hair, "Let's go. We have to get to our next destination." He said, dragging me down the hallway. I started smelling smoke and I could swear I heard sizzling. "They are here." Una whispered. Bosch stopped and l
Leia POV:Pythia took a deep breath, "Get with Stony, we need to do wraps that we can place on her, get a pillow and blanket so she is somewhat comfortable. I want an IV in here ASAP to push fluids through her." Pythia ordered. The other woman disappeared and Pythia sat down next to me. "So tell me what exactly happened." She said, looking down at me. There was no judgment in her eyes and I felt oddly comfortable talking to her. "Well, I was having a hard time with Alley moving away so I partied a lot. It's my fault honestly, I knew I shouldn't have gone but I did. I was almost to my car when Bosch showed up. He tried to take me. I busted him up and now I'm here." I replied, shrugging my shoulders. "You are the daughter of a beta right? You're naturally strong. Alley has said you are a tough little cookie." Pythia said with a smile. "I'm sure my family is worried. I don't blame anyone but myself. I knew better but I didn't rea
Leia POV:I didn't even realize I fell asleep until I heard my name being called. "Time to wake up girlie girl." Pythia said, looking down at me. "What time is it?" I asked. "It's about eight in the morning but we need to get started on this process." Pythia replied. "I'm ready." I said sternly. I looked up to see Una was stretching herself out. "Now remember, hold on tight to Una, use her to stay strong because this is going to not feel the best." Pythia said softly. I knew it wouldn't be but it had to be done. Una laid down behind me and I crawled over to her. "Not much longer Una, we will be back to normal." I whispered, wrapping my arm around her. "We are just going to get right into it, we have to make cuts, your body must be at a weak point for this to work so a lot of blood will be lost but it won't kill you." Pythia said. I looked around to see three other women standing aro
*Pythia POV*I honestly felt horrible for having to do this but we all knew there was no other way. She was losing a lot of blood and the last thing I wanted to do was worry her, "We need to start healing the open wounds, apply the herbs please." I said not bothering to look up. My main focus was casting the spells in the books and keeping an eye on her. Even though her outer body stopped jerking around there were still some movements. It was bad enough she had other cuts and bruises on her but now there was more. She would have scars on her body and I made a mental note to make her some sort of cream to lighten them so that they wouldn't stand out all that much. I took a deep breath and looked down at her, "Deep breath in there Leia." I said knowing she was about to start screaming again. "Richiamo la magia oscura interiore. Lascia questo vaso e torna alla madre t
Pythia POV:I grabbed Leia by the shoulders and tried to hold her still. "Get her on her side now! Someone go get that pack doctor, tell her what's going on. NOW!" I yelled, pulling Leia on her side. I lifted her chin and opened her mouth letting her tongue fall out. "Get me something flat." I said looking down on her. "Leia, can you hear me?" I asked opening her eyes, they rolled to the back of her head and I got no response from her. "She passed out." Una yelled. I could hear the panic in her voice. "Una, listen to me now, I need to try to shove your way forward. As hard as you can." I said sticking a small card on her tongue to keep her airway cleared. "Move." The doctor said squatting next to Leia. "What did you do to her exactly?" She asked, looking over at her. "We had to nearly drain all of her blood and nearly boil it to clean it but she was fine until I stepped out." I repl
Pythia POV:That could take days if not weeks and we don't have that kind of time. I slammed the book closed and rubbed my face. "If anyone can do this you can. It sucks but you have to remember that you are saving her life." Stony said sitting on the edge of my desk "I know, I just feel bad for putting her through this. She is fairly young." I replied sitting back. "You killed your own mother without remorse." Stony said flatly. "That was to save all of us." I replied, looking at him. He knew what had to be done. "My point is, death has never affected you before. Why now? Why her, what is so special about her?" Stony asked, crossing his arms over his chest. "I don't know. I guess she kind of reminds me of me in a way, except she is literally trapped within herself. I know all too well how that feels, and I spent a little time with her. She is actually a sweet girl and she was caught in the crossfire and preyed upon. Her body can't
Leia POV: My eyes snapped open and pain shot through me. I took a deep breath and flinched. Wait.. I can feel my fingers twitch. "What happened?" I asked hoping someone was around. "Ah you are finally awake." Lillith replied leaning over me. "Where is Pythia?" I asked. "She is resting, how are you feeling?" Lillith asked. "Is there anything worse than terrible?" I replied. Lillith smiled but it was a sad smile. "We are working on healing the rest of your wounds. You'll be down for a few more days but we will help you recover in every way." Lillith said. "Thank you but I really need to use the bathroom." I replied feeling the urge. "Okay, ladies, a little help. We need to carry her to the bathroom." Lillith said loudly, getting their attention. "Gently though, keep her even." Lillith added as they started to lift me. "I brought a wheelchair for moments like this." One girl said. "Good idea, set her down gently." LIllith replied. I looked down to see a blanket was covering me. "Why
Leia POV: As we stood still waiting for alpha Scott to really begin I could still see the confusion on some of their faces. This was something that was kept a secret for the most part and now they are all about to find out what really happened. "As we wait for them to be brought out I would like to explain why the Blackwood pack along with the covens are doing here." He said finally speaking. "Leia was once part of this pack until she was not only captured by Bosch but was under what we know as the forbidden magic. To better explain I would like to invite Pythia up." Scott nodded towards her. I could feel my heart racing, there were details that I did not want anyone to know and I knew that Pythia wouldn't bring them up. "Hello everyone, when it comes to the forbidden magic there is a difference, you see we are dark witches are able to use dark magic on a lot of things but the forbidden magic is by far the worst. It has the potential to morph us into different creatures essentiall
Leia POV: I woke up this morning not really sure how I was feeling about what today's events would unfold. We were all curious about how they would react to it. While I washed my hair my mind drifted back to the conversation that took place when we all were sitting around the porch.. **FLASHBACK** I sat on the swing while Ambrosia, Brandon and Jackson followed suit. "So how are you really feeling?" Ambrosia asked. I sat back against the swing and pulled my legs up. "Honestly, I have no idea. I thought maybe I would feel a little better being the one that decides what is going to happen but then I started thinking about how they are going to react, will they try to play on our tempers? Or would they accept it and not cause anymore problems." I replied, shrugging my shoulders. I was leaning more towards them playing on our tempers. "None of us know what is going to happen, I mean when we all grew up we didn't see this side of them." Jackson said and I nodded my head. The
Leia POV: Last night's events were probably the best we have had, we sat around the coffee table watching movies, playing a card game and having a few drinks. For once the stress of everything wasn't weighing on our shoulders. The bones had been sent to Collins territory for further examination but this morning they had called us over to Alley and Stephens to hear the result. "Are you ready?" Brandon asked, standing in the doorway. "Do you really think it's him?" I asked. "I don't know honestly, I think we will be disappointed either way this goes, you'll never have your justice or we found someone else and he is still on the loose." Brandon replied. Even if he did die somehow that is justice within itself and something I will just have to be okay with at some point. "As long as he is out of our lives and can't hurt anyone else then I can make peace with it you know." I said. "I know you will, I guess I just wanted you to have the justice that you deserved." Brandon replied. I cou
Brandon POV: I was beginning to get really frustrated. We had been out here for weeks looking for him and still haven't found anything of his at all. Alley has been popping in and out to bring us food and home to spend what time we can with our mates and for those that have children so no one feels like they have to miss out on anything. We were all growing more and more frustrated each day. One day the scent is hot the next day it's like it doesn't exist at all which sends us in different directions. "What are you thinking about over there?" Alex asked, pulling me out of my thoughts. "I didn't think this would take so damn long, why is his scent all over the place the way that it is, you know. It just doesn't make any sense." I replied, shaking my head. "Well, think about it, when we move around a lot our scent travels to different areas so maybe that is what he did to try to throw us off or something." Alex said and I shook my head. "No, there is something more to it that we are
Leia POV: When Brandon left the room Pythia came over to lay on the bed with me. "So tell me how you are really feeling." Pythia said, grabbing a piece of fruit. "I just feel tired and sore mainly." I replied, shrugging my shoulders. "I never really recovered from training with Ambrosia before the rest happened so I think it's really starting to weigh on me." I added and she smiled. "How is your training with her going? Does anyone else know about it?" Pythia asked. "It's been going good. She hasn't taken it easy on me at all, which I like, but I also taunt her when I feel like she is holding back and she scolds me when I am. She also likes to keep me on my toes, you know last time she left me a note." I laughed and I heard Pythia giggle. "She is always like that. She is one tough lady not many would dare to train with." Pythia replied. "I can see why, she is a little intense but in a good way. No one else knows though, I don't want anyone thinking I am getting some sort of specia
Brandon POV: I didn't know how long I had been asleep but when I opened my eyes Leia was still sleeping. I reached over and grabbed my phone off the night stand to see it hasn't even been an hour. I sighed and looked back down at her, I gently picked up her arms and un-did one of the bandages and noticed that it stopped bleeding and looked like it was starting to heal up slowly. I heard a knock on the door and looked up to see that Pythia had stuck her head through. "Is she still sleeping?" Pythia whispered and I nodded my head. She pushed the door open a little further and walked in with some snacks. "I didn't think you would want to leave her so I brought you some food and drinks." Pythia said with a smile. "Thank you, you didn't have to." I whispered. "Hush, you need to eat and I'm sure she will be waking soon and she will be hungry." Pythia said, giving me a stern look and I had to keep myself from laughing. I knew she wasn't one to tango with but there were different sides to
Leia POV: I was trying my best to keep my breathing under control but I started to feel like I was burning from the inside out. "Just relax the best you can." Pythia said, looking down at me. "I need some cold water and rags now!" Pythia yelled out before she looked back down at me. "How are you feeling?" She asked. "Like I'm on fire. I can feel it moving in my veins." I replied. I heard the door open and I looked over to see a young girl bringing in a bowl. "Any update on dumbass yet?" I asked as Pythia took the bowl and rag and sat down next to me, "As far as I heard, your mother has a nice little temper." Pythia replied with a smile. I closed my eyes for a second. She did have a bad temper, probably the worst out of all of us but she kept it inside and controlled most of the time. "What did she do?" I asked, I mean nothing really surprised me when it came to her. "Well, let's just say she has some sharp claws." Pythia replied and I groaned. "A man hunt is about to take place, t
Leia POV: I hardly slept at all last night, my bite wound was not healing like it should and Una has been rather quiet and hasn't said much. So for safety measure Brandon is taking me to Julie and I'm sure she is going to rip my ass up again. "How much pain are you in?" Brandon asked. "I don't want to walk, too much pressure on that side makes it worse. Or it feels that way at least." I replied. "Let me have a look at it." Brandon said and I raised my shirt. I let him take the bandages off and heard him sigh. When I looked down it was starting to turn black. "You can ride on Lane, let's go." Brandon said, helping me to my feet. I went to take a step forward and dug my nails into him, "What the hell is happening?" I gasped before he picked me up. His eyes were glazed over so he didn't hear what I had said. "Leia! What is happening?" Brad asked running up to us. "I don't know, it's not healing." I replied. "I see that, here give her to me and you shift." Brad said, taking me from Br
Brandon POV: When I got home I heard the TV going, I didn't know if she had gone back to sleep or not. I tried to tiptoe my way through the house when I heard her giggle and I stopped. "You are so loud you know." Leia said and I laughed. "At least I tried." I replied and I heard her giggle again. It was one of my most favorite sounds in the world. "You have cement blocks for feet. Now come tell me what's wrong, I can smell the stress on you." Leia said and I closed my eyes for a moment. There was no easy way to tell her what happened so I was just going to have to come out and tell her. I opened my eyes and walked into our room and saw she was sitting up with a cup of tea in her hands. Her face looked a little better than before so I knew Una was healing her to the fastest she could but she was still going to need a day or two but at least she could laugh without it hurting. "Tell me what's going on." Leia said, patting the spot in front of her. "Let me change real quick." I repli
