Kendall’s POV

Sitting on the edge of my bed, I replayed the events of my recent escapade into the woods in my mind, feeling a pang of regret at my lack of control. My wolf had emerged with a ferocity that frightened me, a stark reminder of the darkness lurking within me.

But dwelling on past mistakes wouldn’t help me now. I needed to focus on finding a way out of this hellish situation, and I knew that meant finding something I could use against Declan. And what better place to search for incriminating evidence than his own room?
