We arrived in an unfinished community. “This is where people host street racing but I promise you, it’s safe for us to use.” Niccolo proclaimed. There were two cars behind what seemed to be the starting line. I took off my thick coat and gave it to Primo. He handed me the keys and I went to the first car. Marina did the same and proceeded to the second car. I looked at her and she had a menacing smile on her face. There’s no way she’s going to beat me.

“Okay ladies, rules are simple. Play fair and the first one back here is the winner.” Niccolo positioned himself in between the two cars. He held up his handkerchief and we both started the engine. The moment he let it go, we both drove off. I’ve been racing since I was a little girl, there’s no way Marina’s going to beat me. There was a sharp turn up ahead but I knew what to do. I drifted the car with no problem. Marina was close behind so I accelerated. We were near the finish line so I went full speed. I crossed the line first. The car skidded to a stop. I got out of the car and I looked at Marina, looking very smug.

“I win.” She looked at me and smiled. “I knew you would.” She walked up to me and gave me a hug. Primo and Niccolo came up to us and applauded us. Primo handed me my jacket and I put it on. Niccolo handed Marina hers and she thanked him which was a first. “When did you learn to drive like that?” Primo asked. I blushed. “The same time I learned to handle a weapon.” He smirked. We went back to Primo’s car and he drove us home.

We ate dinner and afterwards, Niccolo said goodnight and left. Marina thanked us for today’s activities. She said goodnight and she went to her room. Primo and I went to our room and I took a hot bath before changing into my nightgown. I was on the bed when Primo stepped out of the bathroom. He lay next to me. “You still manage to surprise me.” He wrapped his arms around me. “I hope they’re good surprises.” He smiled at me. “They are.”I giggled. “Don’t forget to talk to your father about Marina and Niccolo.” He placed his hand on my face and caressed my cheek. “I won’t.” I held his hand and I closed my eyes.

“Goodnight la mia metà.” This time, I was the one who said it first. I felt his lips on mine. “Goodnight la mia patatina.” I smiled and snuggled next to him feeling his warmth on my skin. I could hear his rhythmic breathing and I dozed off.

I felt Primo get out of bed but I felt too sleepy to open my eyes. I stayed still for a few minutes before I opened my eyes. I saw Primo come out of the bathroom already wearing his suit. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. “Good morning.” Primo came up to me and caressed my cheek. I smiled. “Good morning. What time is it?” He took his tie and put it around his neck. “It’s 7 am. You should go back to sleep.” I shook my head. I stood up and held his tie.

“Will you still have time for breakfast?” I tied an Eldredge knot on his necktie and he smiled at me. “I’ll just have coffee.” He kissed my forehead and he walked towards the closet. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. When I stepped out, he was ready to leave. “Be careful.” He nodded and gave me a kiss before he left. I went to Marina’s room. I knocked on her door and she opened it. She was already awake; she usually doesn’t wake up until 10 am.

“Good morning my dear sister.” She looked at me with an eyebrow raised. “You’re in a good mood.” I smiled menacingly. “That’s because you owe me the truth, remember?” She groaned. I sat next to her on the bed. She threw me her pillow but I caught it. “Are you going to talk or am I going to have to make you?” She crossed her arms and sighed. “Fine. What do you want to know?” I put my hand on her shoulder.

“Tell me, what is really going on? You’ve been acting strange ever since you arrived. And don’t tell me it’s about the wedding because I know it’s not.” She covered her face with her hands. “It’s about Niccolo.” I held her hands and she looked at me. “I think I love him.” I felt happy, it’s like I accomplished something great but I didn’t smile. I don’t want her to think that I find it amusing. “You love Niccolo?” She nodded. I hope Primo remembers to talk to his father. I was about to speak when she interrupted me. “I know what you’re thinking Luna. I know I shouldn’t love him but I did and I think I’m screwed.” I giggled. She looked at me and sighed. “Maybe I should go back to California before I do something stupid here.” I shook my head.

“You’re not here for him. You’re here for me.” I hugged her. “Thanks for understanding Luna.” I let her go and I looked at her. “Remember when I said I’d find a way to stop the wedding?” She nodded. “Well, you’ll just have to wait.” She looked at me with a questioning look. I stood up and went to the door. “Let’s have breakfast.” She stood up and we went downstairs.

Marina and I spent the day doing things she loves. Since it was snowing outside, we went out and made snowmen. She’ll be leaving the day after tomorrow. When Primo arrived, it was already late and Marina was asleep. We were in bed when I brought up the subject. “So, did you talk to your father?” He looked at me and nodded. I sighed in relief. “What did he say?” He put his arm on my waist and pulled me closer. “He agrees. He’s going to talk to your father about it but I’m pretty sure Antonio will strongly disagree.” I sighed. “Well, it’s not his decision to make. It’s my father’s.” Primo rested his chin on my head.

“You should get some sleep. It’s way past your bedtime.” I scoffed and pinched his arm. He jerked his arm away from me and he looked pissed. “Well, it’s your fault. You arrived really late.” He smirked. I tried to turn my back on him but he suddenly grabbed my wrists and pinned me down on the bed. I tried to kick him but he trapped my legs between his. “What are you doing?” His lips crashed onto mine. I thought he was going to be rough but I felt him kiss me gently. His kisses trailed down to my neck. He went lower and sucked my collarbone, making me moan. I felt something hard on my thighs and it made me giggle. He looked up at me and smiled. He went down lower until he was in front of my breasts. I was still in my nightgown but I didn’t wear my bra underneath.

“Are we seriously going to do this? It’s the middle of the night.” I said playfully. He looked up at me and nodded. He used one of his hands to undress me. The moment he took his hands off my wrists, I pushed his elbow making him lose balance and I flipped us over. Now, I was on top of him. I held his hands above his head. “Mr. Monticello, I’m afraid your behavior tonight is unacceptable. I’m going to have to punish you.” I smiled menacingly. He chuckled and didn’t try to fight. “Well, this’ll be the first punishment that I’ll enjoy.” I lowered my head and our lips met. I let his hands go and they quickly made their way to my waist. He flipped us over again but his lips didn’t leave mine. His hands found their way to my breasts. He squeezed them gently making me moan his name.

“Fuck.” He breathed out. I could feel my wetness pooling in between my legs. I wanted him and he wanted me. He slowly trailed his hands all the way to my underwear. He pulled them slowly and I could feel his breath on my legs making me shiver. He throws my underwear halfway across the room making me giggle. He held my legs and pulled them apart slowly. His hands found their way to my folds, slowly tracing it inwards. His face made their way back to mine and our lips met. He pressed his thumb on my clit making gasp. I lowered my hands until I felt the hem of his boxers. He quickly caught on and removed them. As he was massaging my clit, I held onto his manhood and gently stroked it up and down. He let out a low moan.

“Oh God.” I let him go and his mouth made their way onto my swollen folds. He sucked on my clit making me bite my lips to suppress a moan. He slid a finger into me and I could feel my orgasm building up. He slid another finger in and I came. His breathing became heavy so I went down on him. I licked the tip before slowly sliding it inside my mouth. He was trying so hard not to moan. My hands found their way to his balls and I held them with caution. I played with them and occasionally sucked them too. He was throbbing and I could tell he was near his climax.

“Luna.” He moaned and at that he came. He came inside my mouth and I had no choice but to swallow it. He was lying on his back and I was on top of him. I rested my head on his chest and he caressed my hair. “I’m a sweaty mess. I’m going to take a shower.” I was about to stand when he pulled me close to him. “You’re a beautiful sweaty mess.” I giggled. We both stood up and went to the bathroom. After showering, we went back to bed wearing nothing. I took my nightgown from the side of the bed and I put it on. “I like it better without this.” He pulled my nightgown lightly. I stood up and took my underwear from across the room.

Primo took his boxers from the end of the bed and put it on even though he didn’t want to. I put on my underwear before returning to bed. I lay on his bare chest and I looked up at him. “So Mr. Monticello, I hope you learn your lesson.” He looked at me with an amused smile. “I certainly did.” He moved closer and we shared a tender kiss. He wrapped his arms around my waist as I was about to move to my side of the bed. I was stuck on top of him. “You’re not going to let me go, are you?” He shook his head. I rolled my eyes and placed my hands on his shoulders. “I’m okay with this but don’t you dare complain about my weight. You wanted this.” He chuckled. I rested my head on his chest. I could hear his heartbeat and it felt relaxing.

“Goodnight la mia tesoro.” I smiled. He thinks of every little thing to make me smile. “Goodnight cucciolo.” I felt his chest vibrating. He was chuckling at what I said. I closed my eyes and fell asleep at the sound of his heartbeat.

It’s been quite a week. Marina will be flying back to California. We’re on our way to the airport. “I can’t believe you’re going back already.” I was sitting next to Marina because Niccolo was in the passenger’s seat. “Don’t worry, Christmas is around the corner. You’ll surely visit us, won’t you?” I looked at Primo. He was staring intently at the road. “Maybe after Christmas.” I had plans on Christmas day which involves me and Primo and some quality alone time. She seemed satisfied with my answer. We arrived in JFK International Airport; Niccolo took out Marina’s bags from the trunk.

“Thank you all so much for letting me stay with you.” She looked at Primo and gave him a smile. Primo just nodded. She looked at Niccolo and gave him a smile. Niccolo smiled back. “I’m going to miss you Luna.” I hugged her. “I’m going to miss you too. Don’t forget to call me when you need someone to talk to. Especially about that thing we talked about.” I winked at her; she giggled. Primo and Niccolo looked at me very suspiciously. I hugged her again and she went inside. I waved goodbye and when she was out of sight, Primo, Niccolo and I went back to the car.

“So, what was that thing that you talked about?” Primo asked casually. I smirked. “Why do you ask?” Niccolo looked at me with disbelief. He must not know that I always contradict Primo. “Does it involve the one we talked about?” I nodded. He seemed to believe me and he started the engine. Niccolo looked confused. “Am I the only one here who has no clue what you were talking about?” Primo and I nodded simultaneously. “Well, can I at least know what the hell you guys were talking about?” I shook my head. He looked at Primo and Primo also shook his head. Niccolo was beyond frustrated.

“You’ll find out soon enough Nic-nic.” Primo and Niccolo looked at me. “What? It’s short for Niccolo.” Primo chuckled. Niccolo’s face turned red. “Don’t call me that.” He said. “Oh I’m sorry Nic-nic.” Primo tried to stifle his laughter but failed. Niccolo turned to me and gave me a dirty look. “Calm down Niccolo. I’m just teasing you.” Primo looked at me from the rearview mirror and winked at me. “Yeah, whatever.” I smiled and ignored him. I looked at my phone and Marina texted me saying she’s on the plane. I replied saying I hope she lands safely and I loved her.

We dropped Niccolo off at his house which was just a few blocks away from Primo’s house. When we got inside the house, I slumped on the sofa. Primo sat next to me and I rested my head on his lap. “Your father will be the one to tell Marina about the marriage.” I sighed. “Primo, will Niccolo take care of Marina once they’re married?” Primo caressed my hair. “I’m not going to lie to you Luna, Niccolo is different from me. He’s not going to care unless he wants to.” I looked at him and he had an apologetic smile on his face. I put my hand on his cheek. “I hope he becomes someone like you.” He leaned down and kissed my forehead.

Two days after Marina left New York, I received a call from her. “Luna, Papa changed his mind. He wants me to marry Niccolo.” She sounded so excited. “Really? And how do you feel about it?” She sighed. “It’s unbelievable actually.” I smiled. “But, Antonio isn’t happy about the decision.” I raised my eyebrow. “Well, it wasn’t his decision.” She didn’t suspect me for doing anything about the wedding which was a good thing. She told me she needed to end the call because they’ll be going out to buy her a dress for Christmas. We said our goodbyes and she ended the call.

A week after Marina called me to tell me about her marriage to Niccolo, we were in the dining room of our house eating lunch. Niccolo stopped by so we seized the opportunity to have a nice family lunch. As we were kidding around, I received a call from Marina’s phone number. I excused myself and I went to the kitchen. “Hello Marina?” I heard slow breaths on the other line. “Luna, it’s me.” It was Salva. “Salva! I’m happy to hear your voice.” He didn’t speak. I got a little worried. “What’s the matter?” He sighed.

“Luna, don’t panic but Marina is missing.” I was confused. “Missing? What do you mean she’s missing?” Mumbles could be heard from the other line. “Salvatore, answer me.” I was getting impatient. “She’s missing, Luna. Last night, she went outside to the garden but she never came back.” I felt my knees go weak. “What is Papa doing about it?” I could hear random noises from his side. He must be out searching for her. “Papa suspects she was kidnapped. She didn’t bring her phone with her so we couldn’t track her down.” I felt so worried that I wanted to go to California to join the search for her.

“Should I be there?” Salva sighed. “No. Papa’s worried that they might try and take you too. You’re safer there.” I agreed. “Please keep me updated on her whereabouts.” Salva agreed and I ended the call. I went back to the dining room. Primo looked worried. My face was pale and I couldn’t get my mind straight. “Are you okay, Luna? What happened?” He held my hand and I held it for support. I sat next to him and I put the phone on the table. “Marina’s been kidnapped.” Primo and Niccolo looked at each other. “Since when?” Niccolo asked. “Since last night.” I looked at Primo and he was certainly worried.

“I’m going to California.” Niccolo proclaimed. Primo looked at him and agreed. “I’ll let Roberto know.” He momentarily left my side to call my father. A few moments later and he went back to the dining room. “You should go now.” Niccolo nodded. “Niccolo, please bring my sister back safely.” Niccolo looked at me and nodded before walking out. I stood up and hugged Primo. I was trying not to cry because I knew it wouldn’t accomplish anything but I felt so worried that my whole body wouldn’t cooperate with me.

“If you want to cry, just cry.” And at that, my tears started streaming down my face. I hugged him tighter. His hands on my back made my insides calm. He cupped my face and wiped my tears away with his thumbs. “Don’t worry. Niccolo’s going to find her, I promise you.” I nodded and he kissed my forehead. I went upstairs and Primo went to his office. I didn’t mind that he wasn’t with me in the room. He’s doing everything he can to save my sister and I appreciate that. I kept my phone close to me. I don’t want to miss a single call from Salva or from anyone who might know where my sister is.

The day was almost over and not a single call from them. I paced the room for a few minutes when Primo walked in. He looked like he had good news. “Niccolo has her. They’re flying here tonight.” I felt so relieved that I would faint any moment. I hugged him. “Should we wait for them?” Primo looked at me. “If you want to but I suggest you get some rest. You’ve been stressed out enough for today.” I nodded. I went to bed and Primo went to the bathroom. Moments later, he stepped out and went to my side.

“Get some sleep. I’ll wake you when they get here.” He kissed my forehead and placed his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. “Goodnight my prince and thank you for everything you’ve done for me.” I didn’t expect an answer. I snuggled up to him and I closed my eyes. “I’ll always be here for you.” I smiled and fell asleep.

When Primo woke me up, the sun was already out. I quickly stood up and grabbed my robe. We went downstairs and the sleepiness I felt evaporated when I saw Marina standing in the living room. I ran to her and I gave her the tightest hug I could give. Tears started to stream down her cheeks. I wiped them away. “It’s okay. You’re safe here.” She nodded and we sat on the sofa. Primo and Niccolo sat at the other sofa. I looked at her body and she was full of bruises. “Who did this to you?” She didn’t answer. I looked at Niccolo for an answer. “It was Antonio.” I knew it. He was acting so strange. But why?

“What happened before he kidnapped you?” Marina wiped her tears. Niccolo seemed to be interested too. Maybe he doesn’t know the reason. “That night when I was out in the garden, I saw Antonio talking on his phone. At first, he didn’t know I was there. I hid myself behind the trees. I heard him talking in Russian. I understood everything.” Another tear fell from her eye but she brushed it off. “He was upset because Papa changed his mind about marrying me off to Domenico. The reason he wanted me to marry him was because he was planning to kill Papa and Salvatore so Domenico would be the Capo of Castelvetrano.” I was mad. Papa trusted that man and he wanted to kill him. “I wanted to tell Papa but when I stepped back, he heard me. I tried to run away but he caught up to me. He covered my mouth with a towel filled with chloroform. I passed out and when I regained consciousness, I was tied up.” If I was there, I wouldn’t show mercy. I’ll torture him until he begs me to kill him.

“But the worst part was…” She couldn’t continue. She was sobbing and I had to hold her to make her stop. “Shhh… It’s okay.” She let me go and she wiped the tears from her face. “The worst part was he was the one who killed my parents.” My eyes widened. I looked over at Niccolo and Primo and they were both surprised. “What do you mean? I thought the Bratva killed your parents?” She shook her head. “It was him. He admitted everything. In order for him to become the Capo, all the male family members of the Capo should be dead. He thought that if he killed my father, it’ll be easier for him to kill Papa and Salva.” I was beyond mad. I had the urge to go to California and just beat the shit out of him.

“Don’t worry Marina. He’s dead.” I looked at Niccolo with a surprised expression on my face. “Did you kill him?” He nodded. I sighed in relief. Thank God that monster is dead. I looked at Marina and she was starting to calm down. “So, what do we do now?” Niccolo stood up. “Your father ordered me to arrange a small wedding here. He doesn’t want to risk your lives in California.” I looked at Primo and he agreed. “We’re doing the wedding now?” He nodded. I looked at Marina and she was looking at me. I could tell she didn’t mind getting married right here, right now. So I agreed and Niccolo took out his phone to call an authorized person to wed them.

I took Marina upstairs and I dressed her up in one of my beautiful white gowns. “Smile Marina. It’s over. You’re here with us now.” She looked at me and smiled. I fixed her make-up and we went down to the ballroom. A member of the clergy was already there. Niccolo was wearing a suit which I think he borrowed from Primo. I walked beside Marina to the end of the room where Niccolo was standing. Niccolo offered his hand to Marina and she took it. I stood beside Primo.

“I wish our wedding was this simple.” I whispered to Primo. He looked at me and smiled. He held my hand and I rested my head on his shoulder. After the vows, Niccolo and Marina kissed. Isla prepared a small feast for the newlyweds. I was still in my robes which were so inappropriate for the occasion but it was just us here. We ate and afterwards, the member of the clergy went on his way. Niccolo and Marina went to his house so Marina could rest. I told Marina that if she ever needs company, I’m just a few steps away. Primo and I went back to our bedroom. I felt exhausted and it’s only 8 am. I took my robes off and I lay on the bed.

“You look tired.” Primo lay next to me. “I am tired.” Primo pulled me closer to him and he held my hand. “You should rest.” I nodded. “Will you leave today?” He shook his head. I felt relieved. I closed my eyes and fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of Primo’s breathing. He was still asleep. My back was facing him and his arms were on my waist. I took my phone from the nightstand to look at the time. It was already 1 pm. I put the phone back on the nightstand. I was about to sit up when Primo pulled me closer to his body and wrapped me in a tight hug.

“What’re you doing? We need to get up. It’s already past noon.” He didn’t let me go. He held me even tighter making it harder to breath. “Primo…” He let me go and I tried to catch my breath. I looked at him and his eyes were still closed. I drew my face closer to his and the moment he opened his eyes, I pinched his nose. He quickly sat up. “What was that for?” I shrugged. “It means you should get your butt up.” I stood up and went to his side of the bed. I tried pulling his arms but he was too heavy for me. “Get up. I have something planned for us today.” He looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

“I’ll stand up if we do it.” He negotiated. I shook my head. “Not today.” He frowned. “Why?” I crossed my arms and had a menacing smile on my face. “That’s because I’m on my period.” He groaned making me laugh. He pulled my arm and I sat on the edge of the bed. I cupped his face. “Why is my husband so handsome?” He chuckled. “That’s because his wife is very beautiful.” I giggled. He cupped my face and gave me a light kiss on the forehead. “I’ll go take a shower first and afterwards, I want us to decorate the house.” He nodded and I went on my way to the bathroom. I took a quick shower and after I stepped out, Primo went inside the bathroom. I changed into my pajamas and I waited for Primo. He didn’t take long and after he got dressed, we went downstairs.

“So what’s the plan?” I looked around the living room to see if I could find a spot where to put the Christmas tree on. I pointed to the corner near the fireplace. “That’s a good spot to put the Christmas tree, don’t you think?” He nodded. “Wait, do we even have any Christmas decorations here?” He had a goofy grin on his face and slowly shook his head. I face-palmed. “We could still buy some. It’s still pretty early.” He looked at his watch and agreed. We went upstairs to change and afterwards, went outside to his car and we drove off.

I walked towards the shadow guard who called for me. When I was finally in front of him, he slowly lowered his mask, revealing his face. This was considered taboo for a shadow guard. No one, not even their master should see their faces. That was the only secret they were allowed to keep from their masters. I was surprised when he pulled down his mask."What are you doing?" I asked him frantically. I didn't want him to get into trouble. He shook his head and sat down on the windowsill. He was calm and it didn't seem like he was going to cause trouble. I relaxed my shoulders a bit and I took a step back from him."Why did you do that?" I asked. He was looking down on the floor when I asked that question. He turned his head towards me and shrugged."All this time, I believed that the master that I was serving was a good person. I knew of his story yet I couldn't understand the decision he made." He answered. I wasn't able to recall any memories fr

I didn't know how long I was trapped in my room but it felt like forever. The shadow guards would put water and food down by my door during meal time. DId she leave or is she just following my father's orders? Either way, I really have to get out of here. All my windows had shadow guards under them. I couldn't even try to escape through them. There was no other way for me to contact the outside world. I was locked up and trapped inside my room. It's been a few days and maybe Prince Shiro will figure something out. Unless my father talked to him about my whereabouts, he would surely try to look for me."Hima..." I heard father's voice on the other side of the door. I walked closer hoping to hear what he had to say."I hope you're not putting your faith o

I was startled when the door flew open. I was deep in thought so I didn't notice but Primo walked in with a tray filled with medicine and a cup of water. He was surprised to see that I was awake. He quickly walked over to my side of the bed and sat down.“Are you okay? How are you feeling? You've been unconscious for 2 days.” He told me. I answered and told him that I was feeling better. He handed me the water and the medicine and I took them accordingly. I looked at Primo and I noticed that he had a soft expression on his face. This was unusual. I would never have imagined that he would make such a face. I put my hand on his cheek and asked him what was wrong. He shook his head and told me that he was just worried about me. I felt bad for worrying him again. I apologized but instead of accepting my apology he told me not to say sorry and that he

  • Born To Kill   Born To Kill: Marina's Apology

After Marina calmed down, I let her lay her head on my lap. To be honest, there was nothing for her to be sorry about. We were both in that situation and I knew that there was nothing else we could've done. It was a good thing that Niccolo and Primo came to save us. I couldn't understand Marina's guilt. "How are you feeling?" I asked her as I caressed her hair. She looked up at me, with a frown on her face. "Why should my feelings matter? You're the one who got hurt. I only have a small wound on my head and that's it. You have a big injury on your leg. What I feel shouldn't matter." She said while tears were welling in her eyes. I think I'm slowly starting to understand Marina's guilt. She must be feeling bad that she sustained very few injuries because I protected her. She's feeling guilty about being protected during the whole attack. "Marina..." I put my hand on her cheeks and I looked her in her eyes.

“It'll be okay. Once this thing is removed you will be stitched up and will be in recovery for a while. Don't worry too much about Marina, Niccolo will be taking care of her. I promise you that she will be fine. you just have to focus on getting better.” Primo told me. I nodded and told him that I would focus on recovery for the meantime. He nodded and told the doctor to continue what they were doing. When the pain was too much to bear I asked the doctors to inject me with an anaesthesia that would make me fall asleep. They agreed and immediately administered the medicine. After I could feel the anaesthesia flowing through my veins I promptly knocked out. When I came to, It was already two days from my operation. I looked at my leg and it was still bandaged. I could still feel the pain but not as much as when they first started taking the rod out of my

"We can't stay here. We need to move." I held out my hand for Marina and she held my hand as I pulled her to the only other door in the room. I've thought about it enough and I'm guessing we're underground. The air inside these rooms were hard to breathe and I could tell Marina was having a hard time as well. Due to her anxiety and her fear, she's breathing heavily and it doens't help that we're stuck here."Are you okay? Can you keep going?" I asked Marina. She looked at me and nodded slowly. SHe was holding onto me really tightly, afraid that I'd disappear and she'd be left all alone. I reassured her that everything will be okay and that I'll be able to bring her out of this place and take her to safety. When we reached the other door, I opened it and entered the room with the gun in my hand. Thankfully, no one was around. Marina was hiding by the door and when I signalled for her to move forward,

I woke up to the faint smell of smoke and dust. When I opened my eyes, I saw Marina lying on the floor. I quickly got up but realized that my leg was injured. It was painful to move and I could see that a small metal bit had managed to get lodged in my leg. I didn't try to remove it in fear of dying from blood loss. I tried to crawl towards Marina while making sure my leg wasn't going to get injured anymore than it is now. When I got to Marina's side, I tried to wake her up."Marina, please open your eyes. It's me Luna." I said while shaking her lightly. I couldn't tell if she had any injuries and I was scared to move her just in case she did have some wounds. If I tried to shake her forcefully, I could aggrevate her wounds and make things worse. Just to be safe, I made sure to just lightly move her while trying to wake her up. I looked around to see who else was around and I noticed Sergiu's body. If he didn't get killed when Marina shot him then the huge slab of stone
