Kaynon's heart was racing, faster than it had ever beat out of his chest. Her scent lingered in his nostrils, sweet like honey. The heat from where her fingers had been wrapped in his fur slowly dissipated. Cilyna. The most beautiful name he had ever heard. He wanted so much more in that brief moment. Though he had to settle with their silent exchange for now.Until we meet again. He thought as she rounded the corner and disappeared from sight, but not before she turned to look for him. He finally felt hopeful, with that single backwards glance from her.Sleep came quickly for him, with images of his female fresh in mind. His paws beat against the dirt and freshly fallen leaves. Kaynon's heart soared with the thought of seeing his oblivious mate again. Images of her bright green eyes and long wavy, almost black hair brushing against her curvy hips, had his mind so muddled a tree root tripped him. After everyone ate, Cilyna went into her office to look over her map to try and find any clue for where exactly the main headquarters for this new council was. She stuck a green pin in the location where she was taken by Thomas, than she stuck another green pin at the location they found the kidnapped kids were.
