His paws beat against the dirt and freshly fallen leaves. Kaynon's heart soared with the thought of seeing his oblivious mate again. Images of her bright green eyes and long wavy, almost black hair brushing against her curvy hips, had his mind so muddled a tree root tripped him. Thomas could get his heart squeeze at the sight of his wife lying sprawled out on the floor. A vision of strength and beauty, one of the reasons he fell in love with her. After everyone ate, Cilyna went into her office to look over her map to try and find any clue for where exactly the main headquarters for this new council was.
