There was his household assistant, Carlos automatically held Chelsea still in place so that she remained hidden inside his body. He also lowered Chelsea's Hoodie, so that his wife's circle would not be seen by others.

"It's alright, Aunt. Please, have a seat. There's something I need to explain," Carlos said as he hugged Chelsea to keep her still. "Aunt, please don't think ill of me and Chelsea. Here, I'll explain that we're already married, and I kindly ask you not to let Vano know about this because Chelsea is the tool I use to keep him away from Celine. But unfortunately, I fell in love with Chelsea, so I couldn't resist marrying her to prevent any harm from befalling both of us.

As you know, I'm a normal man and a widower. It's been a long time since I received affection from a woman, so it's impossible for me to resist doing it because we live under the same roof and often interact with each other."

The middle-aged woman nodded. "Has Mr. Vano found out about this, Sir?"

Carlos shook his head. "Actually, no, he doesn't know about the marriage between me and Chelsea. That's why I'm asking you to keep this all a secret. I don't want Vano to find out and disrupt all the well-laid plans we have. So I'm asking for your cooperation because I know you're someone I can trust.

After all, we've worked together for decades without any problems between us. I also know that you understand that everything I've wanted and done has been for Vano's good, including separating him from Celine."

The middle-aged woman nodded. "Alright, Sir. I understand."

"So, I'm asking for your help in keeping this secret tightly sealed until a time I can't specify."

"Very well, Sir. In that case, I'll take my leave to attend to the many tasks I still need to complete."

"Alright," Carlos allowed the housekeeper to leave. He let out a sigh of relief because the housekeeper hadn't given him any significant resistance. He felt calm now because only Vano and Margareth didn't know about the relationship between him and Chelsea.

"You almost made my heart jump out of my throat," Chelsea chuckled slightly as she could still imagine how tense Carlos's face was when he spoke to the housekeeper just now, even though she herself was afraid to face the middle-aged woman.

"Why?" Carlos questioned because Chelsea didn't use any precautions outside the bedroom like this. "What if Vano had seen it?"

Chelsea shrugged her shoulders. "Let's just be honest that we're already married."

"What about your mother?" This time, Chelsea fell silent because she couldn't find an answer when Carlos questioned her about her mother.***

Vano didn't understand why he suddenly closed his distance from Amber. His head felt hot when he saw Amber take off her kebaya which felt hot and tight. The result of drinking too much. "What are you doing!!" Celine was really shocked to see Vano and Amber alone on the sofa. He didn't think that his cousin would have the heart to do that with his lover.

"Sister, my goal in coming here was to entertain Vano, instead of asking you to do that. I might as well take advantage of Vano's presence here."

Amber was shocked, rushed to push Vano who was biting his lips. At the bottom Vano almost entered, the man instead fell off the couch without being able to do anything else. Because his head feels dizzy and throbbing too much drinking makes Vano only have 5% of the 100% awareness he has.

"Sister can explain all this, Celine." Amber grabbed her clothes back. He wanted to wear it but Celine pushed him instead. The girl approached Vano and just found out that her lover was not well.

"What did you do to my girlfriend!?" said Celine, looking intently at Amber who looked nervous because she was the one who had asked Vano to drink wine.

No half-hearted, the man almost finished three bottles as a beginner. Of course the man almost lost consciousness.

Celine tried hard to guide Vano to sit down and helped the man to put his clothes back on. "I will report all this to Daddy. Sis, it's really outrageous that she often fails to get married because of her behavior like a devil like this."

"No, Sis, I can explain all of this." Amber was still trying to plead because she didn't want Celine to misunderstand. Indeed, it started with her, but Amber could swear to whatever it was that everything happened out of control.

He only asked Vano to accompany him for a drink, not to do anything more like that. Luckily, Celine arrived quickly so they could still be saved.

Celine took great pains to put on Vano's clothes and led him to sit on the sofa. "I swear I will repay you for all your actions, Sis!!"

Celine embraced Vano and guided him to stand. They both staggered, because Vano couldn't put his feet on the floor. Vano also felt that it was not clear to say his name. Celine knew that all this time their relationship had been getting worse and worse because of the selfishness of their respective parents, but as children they both had to follow the rules and regulations made by their parents.

After Celine and Vano left, Amber was really stunned, remembering what she had done with that man. It felt very thrilling and enjoyable because Vano is a very warm person and is good at lightening the atmosphere.

If only Vano wasn't Celine's lover then Amber might want to chase him. However, everyone failed to speculate, because he was already over three heads, while Vano was far below him. There were many years between the two of them in their ages. Of course it made Celine think again and was sure that Vano would not want her. Even though there is no Celine among them.

Margareth tidied up her appearance after the game with Kevin just now. He looked much fresher than when he came earlier. It seemed that the woman was cranky because she didn't get anything from Kevin so she was easily provoked.

Now Margareth's mood has started to improve and back to normal. “Today I can't transfer anything. So I'm sorry, no money came into your account," he said as he sat his buttocks on the edge of the bed. Looking at Kevin who was playing with his cellphone.

The man had no intention of packing and was instead half-lying there.

"It's fine, as long as next week I get double my share. I also have a special request, and I hope you can fulfill it."

"What is it?" Margareth looked at Kevin.

"I want to get to know Chelsea better."

"Chelsea? My daughter?" Both of Margareth's eyebrows furrowed when Kevin inquired about Chelsea. During their new relationship, this was the first time Kevin had asked about their daughter.

"How many Chelseas do you know, anyway?"

"I know that. Chelsea, my daughter, but..."

"I have a close friend named Revan. He told me that Chelsea unilaterally ended their relationship, and now he has lost all will to live. He's just drowning in alcohol and spending his parents' money. "My purpose in calling you here is to warn you to be more cautious, given that your lover is a wealthy businessman with so much wealth that it's not impossible for your daughter to seduce him behind your back. They are playing a game where Chelsea can get everything from that man.

It's like a mutual symbiosis, where she provides a service, and the man pays for it."

Margareth shook her head. "It's impossible for my daughter to be like that. She has always seemed fine, and she's the one who has tried hard to reconcile me with my lover if there were any misunderstandings between us."

"That's in your eyes, but behind your back, they might have a relationship."

"No, it can't be." Margareth snapped right in front of Kevin. "If you want to avoid me, go ahead, but never once badmouth Chelsea because she's not that kind of girl. You really make me angry!" She grabbed her handbag from the nightstand.

"Where are you going?" Kevin tried to follow.

"So, ask where I'm going because from today, we have no relationship anymore. You've pried into everything, and now you're accusing my daughter without any evidence!" she exclaimed, slamming the bedroom door.

Kevin wanted to follow, but his condition made it impossible for him to do so. So, he could only let out a sigh. It seemed that today was a failure for him in trying to reunite Chelsea and Revan.

In reality, Kevin didn't approve of this situation because if Chelsea had indeed sold herself, there would be nothing to be proud of for Revan. Kevin knew that his friend was a good-hearted man who was heartbroken, making him appear more like someone with a mental disorder, constantly drowning in alcohol and calling Chelsea's name.

Was he so frustrated that he couldn't heal his own heart and live a normal life as usual?

Celine was really confused at the moment because Vano was still unconscious. Sometimes he mumbled incoherently, calling out a name that definitely wasn't hers.

She wanted to take Vano home but was afraid of Carlos's reaction because their relationship had never been good. She was worried that he might accuse her of wrongdoing, making their relationship even more difficult to mend. She also couldn't take him to her apartment, as it might lead to a situation similar to what Amber had done earlier to her and Vano. She didn't want to take advantage of him while he was unconscious. So, Celine reluctantly hailed a taxi and sent Vano to his home.
