CHAPTER 70

CHERRY'S POV

*flash back**

I felt extremely weak, my hands and legs were really sore from being tied up for far too long. My stomach rumbling in hunger since I have had to survive only on food crumbs. I just wanted out, but I didn't exactly have the chance to do that.

The basement door bangs loudly against the wall as it was pushed open, making streams of light make way inside the room. I squint in order to see who walked in, it was another of Stephano's men bringing in a tray of food. Food that was so unappealing even in my famished state.

"Here is your meal" the man said curtly and moved to drop the tray in front of me and immediately turns away. I noted our all Stephano's men that was sent down here always carrying their job out in a robotic manner, not saying anything more than what needed said, by that I meant the annoying similar "Here is your meal" statement.

"Please wait" I becknoned loudly making his retreating steps still.
