Chapter twenty two

Ariana stood in the kitchen, chopping onions. She had been bothered in the last days after what Dave had been up to and why wouldn’t she? She didn’t want to show it but she was scared of his threats, she didn’t want to lose her friendship with Selena but she knew who Selena was, she would believe Dave easily.

This had been one of Selena’s traits that Ariana had hated a lot right from when they were younger. When they were younger, Selena had issues with her face because of an accident and the doctors had told her parents that she had to reach a certain age before she could be operated on and hence, Selena had to walk around with a terrible face which made getting a boyfriend really hard for her.
