Chapter twenty five

I shook my head, hoping that by the time I’d stopped shaking my head, she wouldn’t be standing there but I was wrong, she still stood there as she walked to me with a smile on her face.

“Didn’t I tell you the night would be a sham?” She asked with that little voice of hers.

I rolled my eyes, this was nonsense, I couldn’t believe I was now seeing her every single place I went at every given time. What the heck was wrong with me?

I turned as I ran my fingers through my hair, wondering the cause of all this and as I turned, hoping to see her still giving that victorious smile of hers, I didn’t see her. I looked around the room in shock and then heaved a sigh of relief when I realized she was no longer in the room.
