Chapter 8

Damaria

6 years later...

"Mikael, are you sure that this is going to work?" I asked him while glaring at him for a bit. He grinned and sat on the chair that he brought with him because he said he was afraid of the cold. 

"Of course it's going to work. I devised the plan after all" he said with a smug look on his face. Can I punch him just one time? I asked my thoughts while showing Mikael how disgusted I am. And of course, the lunatic just laughed.

"Trust me, they're gonna fall to that prank," he said as his grin grew even wider. That's right, he's planning to prank Louissa and the rest, well he didn't include me probably because he learned his lesson the first time. 

He was elegantly sipping the tea that he brought with him while wearing a heap of clothing with some blankets. Well, he is weak with the cold. 

"Ugh, if father sent some of his soldiers I would've pranked them instead," He said with a hint of annoyance on his voice and face. I looked at the forest where Louissa and the others are venturing. Sorry, don't blame us for this, we need to ease Mikael's mood I thought as I clapped three times then I bowed.

After waiting for a little bit, we heard loud shouts coming from the middle of the forest. Mikael shot up from his seat then he went towards me and he placed his hands on my shoulders.

"Ha! I got them! Quick sister, let's see their funny reactions!" he said. I sighed before teleporting the both of us towards the place.

"Ha! Got y-" Mikael said when we arrived but he got cut off when a rope suddenly tied his feet then he got lifted up a tree.

"You. Got. Who. Now?" Louissa, Mikaela, and Allein said with dark looks on their faces. Mikael looked at me asking for help. But I stood back and I sat on a rock near a tree as the three punched and kicked him.

"Agh! Please! I won't do it again" Mikael plead with his life but the three didn't listen. 

I wonder how they found the trap though I thought that Mikael hid the trap in the right place I asked my thoughts while sipping some tea that I brought with me.

What actually happened...

Mikaela

"Hey, are we not there yet?" Elder sister Louissa asked as we walked through this dense forest, well not for work though since we already finished the task given by father. We are just playing around then we will come back to the set day of our return. 

"Hmm, according to the Map it should be here somewhere," I said as I looked at the map. I saw some writings on one tree.

This is the tree with the rope.

That's what the note said, That dumb jerk gave me the wrong map I thought as walked towards my sister and brother to show them.

"Elder sis, I think we should stop looking now," I told them as I showed the map and I pointed at the writings. Both of their faces suddenly grew dark and sister Louissa grinned evilly, and she even broke her favorite fan. It seems that after this day, I won't have a twin then.

"That jerk, so that's why he's excited to send us off to this forest," Brother Lorieoux said with a serious face. Sister went towards the tree with the rope then she disassembled the prank. She turned towards us with that evil grin of hers.

"Making him taste his own medicine would be fun, no? Now then, I'll have the two of you help me with this one" she said as she started going towards one tree then she made her own trap.

Back to the present...

"Oh, dear Mikael, did you really think that we'll fall for your prank this time?" Sister Louissa said as she poked my twin with a stick. Brother Allein is holding the rope so he would be up to that tree.

"Shut up! You would've fallen for it!" Mikael shouted with tears in his eyes. I went over to my sister Damaria and she offered me some tea, I took it since it's freezing cold here. 

"Hmm, I wooonderr what should be youuur punishmeeent wheeen we get homeee," Sister Louissa said slowly with a smirk on her face. Mikael's face turned pale blue as he thinks about the possible things that his sister can make him do. While big brother Lorieoux brightened up with what he heard.

"M-Mikaela! Help mee!" He begged with tears in his eyes. I looked at him for a second then I looked away and I started conversing with sister Damaria. 

"M-Mikaela!!!!!" I can hear him shouting while sister Louissa is playing with him by spinning him from the tree or swinging him really high. That's what you get.

Sister Damaria took her watch out then she put the cups and pot back at her dimensional space then she started walking.

"Okay kids, let's stop that now, we have to go back to the Grand Duchy," she said as she clapped her hand three times to get sister Louissa and the other's attention. 

"Okay! Allein, drop him" Sister Louissa said as she walked towards us. Big brother dropped Mikael and the rope got loosened on its own. 

"Damn you, I'll get my revenge," Mikael said while sniffling. I walked beside him and I handed him my handkerchief.

"Here, wipe yourself you're full of dirt," I said, he nodded then he started wiping himself off, I helped him by removing the dirt on his back and hair, after we finished wiping him we ran towards our brothers and sisters and we walked home.

Damaria

I looked behind me just to see my siblings bickering. I chuckled gently at the sight, They might be mature but they can have a childish self sometimes I thought, I can see the duchy now meaning that we are close.

"Kids, stop bickering, we're almost there," I told them as I looked behind them just to see them ripping each other. I walked towards them to stop them.

"Kids, what did I say about fighting?" I warned them, they stopped then and we resumed walking towards the manor. While we are walking Mikael walked beside me.

"Sister, can I ask you something?" He asked, I nodded at him while I continue to walk.

"Uh, why are we walking? I mean you can teleport us back to the manor right?" he asked me with a funny look on his face. I chuckled as I answered him.

"Well, I don't want to waste my energy and you guys are heavy so no," I told and he froze there as he touched his belly beside his twin sister. 

After walking for a bit, we finally saw the manor and we directly went to the main mansion so we can report.

"So is that all?" Father asked after I reported about the task that he gave. I nodded my head to answer his question.

"Then you may all leave," he said without batting an eye towards us. We left the room and we all went to our mansions so we could rest for the night.

"Well then Mikael, look forward to my punishment to you tomorrow," Louissa said while Mikael shuddered with what he heard. I shook my head and we all went back.
