Abhishek gets angry at me. He had this look on his face and I'm guessing he wants to kill me right now.

I was tied down next to him, Avanti got sad when she found me there.

The man wearing a mask comes and drags Avanti up.

He asked one of his guys to pick up the briefcase that  Abhishek had bought the money in.

He takes out a gun and points it at Avanti's head. Abhishek gets infuriated and swears that if anything happens to his sister, he won't mind killing him.

I noticed everyone had their eyes fixed on Abhishek, there was no way in hell I would also let anything happen to my best friend.

I looked around and found broken glass on the floor, I managed to pick it up without anyone looking and hid it.

I used it to cut off the rope tying me.

No one paid notice of that, I moved behind and picked up a stick.

I held it up and used it as one of the goons.

Immediately everyone turned and faced me.

Abhishek got tense and asked me to run, I took to the hills and the man wearing the man pushed Avanti to the ground and came after me.

I pushed the doors off the warehouse and ran outside.

I hit Abhishek's car trying to open the door, unfortunately, the masked man grabbed my hair and dragged me back in.

He kicked me down on my knees, I fell loafing my head up to him.

"Do you want to die,"

He grabbed my chin.

I grinned and spat on his face.

That alone got him infuriated, and he took out his hand to whack me, however, the police came on time and had him handcuffed.

They pulled out their masks and we came to see the person behind them.

Karan, Avanti's fiance.

Abhishek grabbed his shirt and punched him down to the ground, Karan grinned and looked right at him.

"Wow, don't tell me you're angry, did you forget what happened a year ago, bro?".

Karan takes out his hand and points at Avanti.

"You're sister is paying for your sin,".

He added.

I couldn't understand what he meant by Avanti paying for the sins of her brother.

Abhishek asked the police to take him away, Karan was dragged by the police and while he left, he laughed like a maniac.

Abhishek took his sister's hands and asked her to come home with him.

Avanti shook her head and we all went back together

Mrs. Anuradha ran to meet her the minute she was spotted walking in with us.

"Are you okay,?"

She hugged her.

Avanti pulled her away and came to Abhishek, she put out a finger and asked him in the presence of everyone to tell the truth of what Karan said back at the warehouse.

Mrs. Anuradha took her back to her gaze and demanded an explanation.

Avanti stood there cold listening to her mom's words echoing in her head.

Avanti held her hands in anger, I walked close to decipher but as usual, Mrs. Anuradha advised me to stay off her family's business.

Instantly that got into Avanti's head and she spoke to her mom rudely, everyone listened to what she had to say.

Avanti blamed her brother for what was happening to her, Mrs. Anuradha looked at her son, who couldn't even look back.

She had so much to say and in a fit of rage, Avanti exposed the fact that she was raped days ago and that got the whole issue over the board.

"Wait, what did you just say,".

Mrs. Anuradha confronted her.

Avanti finally understood what she had said, and immediately dashed off to her bedroom.

I ran after her, while Abhishek was caught in the middle of his parent's interested gazes.

On my way to Avanti's rooms room, I heard him explain, that I wanted to give attention to him, however, Avanti needed me.

I came into her room and not foreseeing anything to happen, I found her trying to commit suicide.

I yelled and ran in to save her, Avanti was almost dying when I grabbed the rope and had her loose.

Her parents and brother came in. I explained what she was trying to do and her father got upset and shouted at her.

Avanti couldn't hold back her tears and so began to cry.

She cried so bitterly that Abhishek left the room angry.

Mr. Ajay asked me to go after him. I nodded and followed behind.

Abhishek walks into his car and drives away.

Why do I feel in this state of his, something bad might happen?

I got out to the streets and boarded a taxi, I implored the man driving to follow the car in front of him

Abhishek drove with speed, and it was quite difficult to keep up with him.

He stopped at a bar thereafter, I came down from the taxi and almost forgot to pay if not that the man came out to stop me.

Abhishek was seated alone when I walked in, he wasn't all that alone, he had liquor in his hand.

He looked up and saw me standing right in front of him.

Abhishek expressed his revulsion for what happened to his sister and asked me to leave.

Well, he ordered me to leave him alone.

I turned to the door, I was just about to leave when I heard a lady causing a scene with him.

She said, Abhishek touched her chest and tried to play funny with her.

Everyone at the bar gathered to hear what the lady had to say.

I watched without saying a single word.

However, when she threatened to call the police, I had no choice but to intervene.

I begged her not to, she asked what relationship I shared with Abhishek, and everyone stared to hear my response.

I looked at Abhishek and he beamed a little.

It wouldn't be a good idea to tell them I am only his sister's best friend right?

"She's my wife,".

Abhishek announced and fell unconscious on my shoulders.
