Chapter 190

Emily rolled her eyes at the man who stood before her without a glint of pity in his eyes.

“I don’t feel too good. I’m dead serious about it”, she said calmly, looking frail and really sick.

“Relax. She would be here soon, and you can tell her that yourself!” The man insisted, digging into the large burger he held in his hands.

“Please. I need some air!” Emily pleaded and held her head that was spinning rapidly.

Her stomach swirled and in a split second, she threw up all the contents she had eaten some hours ago.

“I don’t feel good. I need a doctor!” Emily mumbled as she slowly lost track of consciousness.

She muttered some inaudible words as she finally got covered by darkness.
