Chapter 44 - Angel POV

The face everyone made when I said I didn't want to know where my father was buried was pure pity. Pity, because, at that point, I didn't have any family members left in the pack. Those ties were now only in England, and they know that when I'm gone, I'll never come back.

It seems that fate always has bad plans for me. I walked to the garden with my head in a whirlpool of emotions. Only the water and the garden appease the fears and despair that insist on consuming me.

This pup in my belly, which logic tells me to get rid of, has already touched my heart. How can I get rid of him if I'm afraid my pup has been affected by everything I've suffered?
