Alpha Grey's POV

Bailey had a very intense injury on her foot and I was really worried. She wasn't able to take care of herself much less walk properly. I was home with her because of the intense pain from her injury. I asked how she was doing and if her foot still hurt but it took her quite a while before she replied. It was obvious that she was in a lot of pain. Her attitude was lacking the usual spark and it was cold and distant. I could only imagine what she was going through. She looked at me with sad, pleading.

"Are you going to work today?"

I actually didn't hear her and was busy fussing over her injured foot.

"Alpha Grey," she said a bit louder this time, "are you going to work today?" I turned and looked at her. She grimaced in pain and I patted her foot softly.

Grey needs to stop playing games with Bailey and listen to her heartfelt apology. He needs to be more compassionate and understanding and not so selfish on his needs. He better explain to Bailey if anything happened with ryna, so there’s no more drama. Their relationship needs to mature.
