Chapter 129

Grey's pov

When I woke up it was already the next day. The sunlight shone directly from the opened window of my room in my direction. I tend to block the view with my hands when I see Bailey still sleeping.

It was a long night for the both of us as we spent the entire night together. I could still remember how she curled up in my arms and wrapped her hands tightly around me.

She must have missed me so much and yet I kept my distance from her. Damn! My heart aches whenever I think about it. Bailey had gone through a lot and I can't believe that I must have been adding so much pain to her too.

Staring at the beautiful temptation called my woman, I was so engrossed that I didn't realize when my hands extended and touched her on the forehead and smoothed the silky curtain of hair away from her face.

Although we need the jewel and my pack members are worried about the situation, Bailey is my utmost priority and because of that, I will never in my lifetime leave her side no matter what.
