Chapter 111

Bailey's POV

I walked slowly through the forest. My steps were slow and sluggish and I was sweating profusely. The venom from the snake was really beginning to set in. The two day statistics for immunity from the bite was applicable to a fully grown adult wolf. I was still a teenager and I probably would die quicker. My hand that had grabbed the thorny branch oozed blood and the two bite holes on my arm began to ooze a purple liquid. I was dying slowly and I knew it. I wasn't going to live but I would have preferred to die, with apologies to Alpha Grey on my lips and not in this desolate forest.

I would have preferred to die tell my parents that I loved them and that I was sorry for everything I had done to cause them pain and hurt. I wanted to die a death knowing I had told the people I cared about the most, that I was sorry and that I loved them.

I walked some more and I tripped over a root. My face was in the dirt but I had no strength to carry myself up. I simply rolled on my back

I deleted the book and reloaded it and Ch 103 is repeated in Ch 106 twice!
