Chapter 110

Bailey's POV

As I ran, I could hear the wolves running after me. I didn't know what day it was but all I knew was that I needed to get away from them as quickly as possible. I knew where the pack border was and ran in that direction. I could still hear the growls and snarls of my pursuers. I needed to do something else or they would catch me; I was a weak, injured and hungry wolf, there was no way I could keep ahead of them for long.

I tried to weave through the thick trees but my white blood-stained fur coat was too conspicuous and they continued to run after me, not relenting in their pursuit.

One made a pounce for me and I took a sharp left and he crashed into a large tree. The rest continued the chase while one stayed back to help their friend. I now reached a clearing and I was immediately surrounded. I looked all about me and there were wolves all around. This was the end.
