139: Rejected Leah

Killian’s POV

As Killian, I marched through the palace halls with a sense of determination, the echoes of my footsteps reverberating against the cold stone walls. It was time to confront Leah and put an end to her manipulative games once and for all. She had taken things too far, and I wasn't going to let her continue poisoning the pack with her lies and deceit.

When I reached her quarters, I didn't bother knocking. I pushed the door open and stepped inside, finding Leah lounging on a chaise with an air of smugness. Her eyes widened in surprise as she saw me, but she quickly masked it with a sneer.

"Killian," she purred, her voice dripping with false sweetness. "What brings you here?"

"We need to talk," I said, my tone cold and unyielding. I didn't give her a chance to respond as I crossed the room and stood before her. "Your time here is over, Leah."

Her eyes narrowed, and she sat up, crossing her arms over her chest. "You can't just throw me out. I have every right to be here."
