102- We're Being Punished
Nick's POV
I just finished cleaning Gamma Andrew's house. I don't know why Devon wanted me to do this but I guess he was being sentimental because he liked Gamma Andrew even before. He admired him for being good and just and didn't let himself get along with my dad's bad decisions, unlike beta Edward.
I don't know why he was so good to my father when, in fact, he should be the one who would correct dad when he was doing something bad or not good for the pack. That's his job as a beta. To remind the Alpha of his duties and responsibilities.
After I was feeling satisfied with the outcome of my cleaning, I decided to leave the house and eat breakfast at the pack house. Sometimes, I asked an omega to bring me food to Andrew's house, but I decided to go home and freshen up. Devon wanted me to do it so I would just do it.

Mayas POVAfter I heard Alpha Rhoden and Beta Edward talking about Nick, I realized that he was being followed. I wonder why Alpha Rhoden needed to do that but I had to go back to Andrew's house first and rest for a little while. I cannot take the risk of being caught. Although I can fight, I'm still not sure about the Red Moon Pack's capability. I was back in Andrew's house and decided to go and rest in one of the rooms. An hour or two can make a difference so I will take a nap first.As I open my eyes, I feel refreshed. I went down stairs and looked at the wall clock and found out that I had an hour and a half rest. Maintaining my scent and invincibility was a bit difficult and I didn't want to risk it and ended up unable to do the spell anymore.
