101- Without Maya
Jacob's POV
After Maya left, I felt empty. I already missed her even though she just left the pack. I don't know how I would be able to let time pass now that my mate was not around. All I did was sit on our bed and hope that she would be able to finish whatever it was that she was trying to find out.
I don't know what I will do to stop this feeling I was having now that I knew that Nick was just there. 'You're worried now?' Jake asked me. 'I told you not to let her go there,' he added.
'I know, but I can't force her. She wanted to go there and I don't think she would like it if I stop her from doing that.' I replied. Jake was really worried even though Maya assured us that she's going to come back with us.

Mayas POVAfter I heard Alpha Rhoden and Beta Edward talking about Nick, I realized that he was being followed. I wonder why Alpha Rhoden needed to do that but I had to go back to Andrew's house first and rest for a little while. I cannot take the risk of being caught. Although I can fight, I'm still not sure about the Red Moon Pack's capability. I was back in Andrew's house and decided to go and rest in one of the rooms. An hour or two can make a difference so I will take a nap first.As I open my eyes, I feel refreshed. I went down stairs and looked at the wall clock and found out that I had an hour and a half rest.
