The noise of the door closing was faint to her as her ears were ringing. She waited with a bated breath before slowly opening her eyes.

She blinked twice and let her eyes roam around her room to make sure he wasn't there anymore. Silvia got off the dresser in an attempt to quickly lock the door but she fell on her hands and knees. It was like her legs were heavy rocks attached to her body.

She held the foot of the bed and got to her shaky legs. The girl hobbled over to the door and she locked it. She tried to come up with a spell to block anyone entering her room but it was like she forgot the basic magic and all the spells evaporated from her system.
