Chapter Two

Arianna's POV

I woke up fully when I heard the groan of a person beside me. My eyes widened, was it Lucas? I pushed myself away a little to see who it was, only to find the other brother on my bed,

“Alpha Brian?” I asked. Fear gripped me, what was the other Alpha brother doing here in my room and on my bed? What if Lucas or someone else sees this?

I jumped out of bed ready to run and leave him there when I saw the look on his face. He looked weak and stressed, he was in pain, I could see it on his face, so I asked,

“What… what is wrong?”

He pushed the duvet that covered his body away, and my eyes widened.

Blood!

How?

Cold gripped me, and I began to tremble, as I had never seen this much blood in my entire life. My head was also banging from the too much drink I had taken last night but I ignored the pain.

Was he… he was hurt

“Al… Alpha…. Brian… are… are you…. Alright?”

“He… help” he forced himself to say.

Oh my goddess, what do I do in a situation like this? My mind wasn't thinking, I was scared to the point of tears. My cheeks were stained with tears as I wondered if it were a dream.

Looking down at myself, I could see that the blood had also stained my gown. He tried to reach for me, so I made my way to the bed before pulling his head to my thighs,

“You'll be alright,” I said as I tried to search for where he had gotten wounded. Where was he hurt?

“You're an alpha. A strong one, so stay with me”

His eyelids were closing, but I kept speaking to him to remain with me. I was trying to find the spot where he had the cut, so I could tie it and then go get help. He wouldn't even let me go, his grip on my gown was so tight that I couldn't help but start crying.

“Moon goddess, please…” I cried.

“You… should… you…” he was trying to say something, but he was stressing himself to speak

“Shhhh, you'll only get worn out if you keep trying to speak. I'll go get help” I was about to push myself off the bed when his hand that held my gown dropped.

“Al… Alpha Brian. Alpha Brian!” I called again but no response. In fear, I ran out of the room looking for Alpha Lucas. I didn't even know his room in the large pack house.

As I ran, tears continued to roll down my eyes. I hope he wasn't dead. I hope Alpha Brian wasn't dead? My eyes clouded with tears, I went from room to room, not caring if I barged into someone else's room.

My legs ran faster than they have ever been before, as I was searching, I was praying. I prayed so hard that Alpha Brian wasn't dead.

Questions filled my head, so many questions I really wanted to know the answer to. What was he doing in my room? How did he get in there? How did he get injured? Why didn't he go to the hospital instead of coming to lie on my bed?

If there was anyone who was allowed to come into my room and lay on it, it was Alpha Lucas, after all, he is my destined mate.

I pushed one of the doors open and immediately regretted it as I saw two people in a heated moment, having sex. I didn't hear their moans, not until I saw them.

“Sorry” With speed, I turned around and quickly apologized, backing them. Then, like lightning, I recalled the lady's face and my eyes widened. What?

Slowly, my legs began to move on their own accord. I really do not want to believe what I think I saw. I wasn't sure I should look again, but my legs moved on their own to face the two couples who were having sex.

My face immediately lost its color, turning extremely pale when I saw who they were.

Nicole, my older sister? Alpha Lucas?

“Nicole?” I called with a shaky breath. She had a pleasurable look on her face, ignoring me, her fingers dug into Alpha Lucas's hair. As for Alpha Lucas, he ignored me as well as he continued to fuck my sister in my presence.

Tears trim down my cheeks, more tears. Forgetting my reason for coming here in the first place, I watched my sister getting fucked by my mate, whom the moon goddess had given to me. He never really liked me?

As I watched, my heart broke, my body hurt, my fingers clenched into fists. My blood kept boiling, yet I couldn't do anything as I was more hurt than I wanted to fight. My world came crumbling, I couldn't believe it.

My legs remained frozen in the spot that when I wanted to go and fight, I couldn't. Even when I wanted to just leave, I still couldn't. Alpha Lucas groaned and Nicole's moan filled the room till they were done, and I could only stand there listening and watching with cold fingers and feet.

“You're still here” I heard Alpha Lucas say as he stepped down from the bed. He threw Nicole's dress to her while he picked his up and began to dress up.

“You…” I wanted to speak up, but no words came out. Nicole and I had come together for the mating ceremony, as she hadn't found her mate either. She wanted mine?

Was I dreaming?

“What's that?” Alpha Lucas asked, pointing at my gown. I looked down with teary eyes only to see the blood on my gown and remembered the reason I had been searching for Alpha Lucas.

My eyes went wide,

“Al…. Alpha… Alpha Brian…” I stuttered before turning on my heels and running back, searching for the room I had come out from earlier.

Behind me, I heard Alpha Lucas and Nicole's footsteps as well. When I got there, I pushed the door open, only to see the Alpha lying in my bed the same way I felt him.

I rushed over to where he lay,

“Alpha Brian! Alpha Brian!” I yelled and cried.

“Guards!” I heard Alpha Lucas called, and I turned to meet his eyes.
