Regina’s POV

“Hover!”

I hissed, my voice strained from his grip.

“That fucking bastard Torres wanted to kill you! I saw you being hang from the ceiling like a slaughtered animal! Do you seriously want to stay loyal to a man like him?! If you go back to him, you’re as good as dead. Are you really that stupid?”

A hint of uncertainty flickered across his eyes, but he didn’t release me.

“Alpha Torres saved my life…He saved me from the massacre happened in my village!” he muttered, his grip tightening. “I owe him my life…my loyalty. Forever.”

I glared at him, fury boiling inside me.

“Loyalty?” I spat. “Look what he asked you to do while you were working for him! He asked you to abduct woman, to kill innocent people, to imprison me! Those are against your moral I know it! You stood up for me when Torres tried to hurt me again. You are a good person! So WAKE UP ALREADY!!!”
